RNS Not showing on A D V F N
BOOOOOMMMM 40 m v 7 m
Still feel this has fallen off the investor's radar and should be higher. Still huge contract win compared to all previous contracts. Real game changer for company.
Actual Real Spread is a lot less
its going.... only 216m shares, sp moves on every trade..
37.50% spread what the actual f*ck!!
Nah frm what I recall the value of the contract to uvel was deceptive or something that's why it spiked and dropped . But go back to initial contract award rns to see if thinking of investing
seems like a good RNS ...but massive spread...WTF
BOOOOOOMMMM
Univision is inviting shareholders and people interested in the company to informal drinks in London next Monday. Chance to quiz S Koo on what is happening with the MTR contract http://www.uvel.com/news/news2017/Informal%20meeting%20with%20shareholders%20on%2018%20December%202017.pdf
Have you ever wondered why the sp never rises far above 2p? Imo its due to the deal that they keep delaying. Need investigating imo as it never seems to happen.
Nice post and i agree. strong buy.
In late December the half year report to Sept 30 2017 should be out. It wont really show anything for the GBP41 million contracts obtained in 2017, so far. Income will arrive between 2018 and 2024. Chairman Stephen Koo's sale of 51% of Univision is not yet finalised. This does leave a lot of uncertainty on future plans to expand into Macau and mainland China. The deal is at about 2.4p a share. This price appears quite low for control of the company and Chairman Koo could benefit if the deal collapses. A price at around 4p with expansion into China and the massive 39.7 million MTR contract look about right to me. At 1.375p the market cap is just GBP5.28 million. The shares have been sold down with the majority of the trades well under 100,000 shares.
True spread is 1.1 and 1.4
Realy very true, spread of 60% is massive. Any way i bought small amount just cuz im sure that with this low cap and huge contract value, the market eventually will push this share to 4p soon
Dont MMs want people to buy and sell this share, showing a 60% spread here. I am sure that if they showed the more realistic one of 1.5 - 1.75 then there would be a lot more buyers and sellers around. If they dont want to make a market then they should leave.
Market should spot this soon. Discrepancy of Mcap £6m to contract circa £40m is too wide.
The value of the additional works is HK$10.9m (GBP1.05m) and has not been included in the original contract sum of HK$389.4m (GBP38.1m) announced on 12 May 2017. The total value of the Contract, including all the additional works (amounting to HK$17.9m) confirmed by MTR Corporation since May 2017, is therefore HK$407.3m (GBP39.85m). As previously announced, the Contract is ongoing and is due for completion in November 2023.
Ok cheers so 2.5 bags in hand at this sp.
7 bags is exaggerating but 2.5 bags on this contract alone. Company operates on 34.3% GP (See Accounts in RNS) so that would make profits on this contract alone of 13.5m
UniVision, the Hong Kong based group whose principal activities are the supply, design, installation and maintenance of closed circuit television (CCTV) and surveillance systems, and the sale of security related products, is delighted to announce that further additional works have been confirmed by MTR Corporation Limited in Hong Kong ("MTR Corporation") under the contract for the replacement and provision of the CCTV systems for 84 MTR stations and 69 stops of Light Rail ("the Contract") following the award of the Contract announced on 12 May 2017. The additional works are for the integration with the Station CCTV System in the Hung Hom to Admiralty Section of the Shatin to Central Link project, and are part of the optional works as allowed under the Contract.
UVEL RNS another £1m contract thats £39m worth of contracts and mcap £6m
So this is 7 bags below contract deals. Market well asleep here.
Wake UP 1m Further contract thats 39m in total v 5m MCAP and still the BIG contract on the Shanghai Metro
Should go back above 4p. This is nice additional money to the original contract, the original contract already had discounted profit of over 10m, M/Cap is only 5m. Plus all of the other work the company does.
