Agree, I would have thought we would have heard of the Corporate Event, it makes no sense to me either. But it is what the letter says. Presume many other investors will confirm they have received the same letter.
I actually posted it to see what it could mean. I was never informed of a Corporate Event and don't think I can lose my shares based on non attendance.
Presume others who invested using Jarvis will have a letter waiting for them when they get home.
Letter arrived today from Jarvis (LSE)
We are writing to advice that CLOUDTAD INC has recently announced a Corporate Event.
The stock is defunct and as a result, the holdings have been removed from the account.
Please note that this event was mandatory
Yours sincerely

Do mind councillor claiming local people local jobs.
Pboo - I presume that by picking up only one of the points that the other is true that you or at least Adrian sold shares during BB. It was on his twitter feed.
The waste tankers were not reported during BB, people weren't informed of what was going on.
PCS - Adrian previously admitted selling during BB at this time he was ramping and withholding information, his privilege as it was he put the hard work in for the information and he doesn't have to share it.
I agree Captain and that is why I bought quite a few this morning. Still concerned about no video of tankers leaving though. Hopefully UKOG are waiting for Kimmeridge to be put back on so they can RNS two wells in production - hopefully both with nice figures.
I have looked back at published times of RNSs UKOG seem to favour 7am one.
Penguins
The wording has changed to significantly higher for legal reasons.
By saying 2 - 3 times 362 the original RNSs were putting a figure on an uncertain amount, which isnt allowed. Significantly higher means we expect it to be a lot higher but we arent putting a figure on to an uncertain amount because were not allowed to.

I am hopeful that Saltfleetby will eventually bring in value to the SP, but just because GL says it could be worth 4p [in the future] doesn't mean that it will be. It is obvious the seller didn't believe it otherwise they wouldn't have given it away.
If you believe GL so much then re-listen to the recording, he says that convertible loan notes are a good thing for Companies on the up, which would include UKOG.
I am invested here and at UKOG and I am averaging down here atm, so I would say that it is a buy imo.
It is you not the Companies I don't like with your ultra ramping and then ultra de-ramping, I don't think your reputation is good for ANGS.
Pboo, I think you need to stop knocking around with foth so much. Your hatred for UJO isnt great and nor is your hatred for your ex-friend Tony.
His post was informative to us that dont know the planning process and shows us that the planning should be passed unless something major happens.
