Great research guys every day I tell myself, that’s it I’m not topping up anymore, again I’ve topped up.
17 times now . There is some serious credibility here, I’m just happy to be a small part of this, I won’t pretend that I’m an expert but enjoy reading the research.I’ve gone in properly as I would kick myself if I didn’t.
Best of luck everyone.
Weather, future I am going to repeat myself sorry,
Just so this is on the same thread.
Savvy. Your line “ Banca del Ceresio holding is 22.7% 7.4 billion ***** (direct)
Don’t forget (bit of a mess of a site, but none the less true, read carefully, indirect)

And IMHO linked to this
Supply@Me has been notified by Orchestra Group that it has acquired 660,000,000 ordinary shares of 0.002p each in the capital of the Company at 0.6945 pence per SYME share.
Let’s see when the RNS comes..
If anyone doubts this, both my email question and AZ’s reply are in my history
SH = ' Looking at this list of buyers who loading up here at syme ,had thought some might know why they loading up with so many shares , been thinking some might have researched why so many big boys buying syme shares . '
Sharehunter.. you don't half ask some ridiculous questions IMHO
WG -'The have almost 20% of SYME through the 4 companies kept under the 5% TR1 declaration threshold and also they own 1AF2 which owns a chunk of TAG which owns a huge chunk of SYME.'
That my friend, sums it up in one sentence.
TAG is principal owner of 1af2
https://www.dnb.com/business-directory/company-profiles.1af2_srl.98863bf94b487c79f98121d6f4efb93e.html#related-companies
TAG is the ultimate parent, which is owned by AZ and our new found friends, which therefore own SYME, both through Belgrave et al, 1af2 and AVG. They have a LOT of skin in this game.
WG which are the 4 companies owning 20%? I thought it was two, Belgrave and Eurofinleading with around 10% total
Looking at this list of buyers who loading up here at syme ,had thought some might know why they loading up with so many shares , been thinking some might have researched why so many big boys buying syme shares .
Be careful of him as he seems to be a filtered one
Sharehunter sounds like you haven't done any research IMO
Yet you are asking this BB if you or who else should invest in SYME? Sheer madness IMO
Probably I would suggest you don't invest!
Sharehunter- if you've done research and understand what is happening or more importantly what is going to happen and want to invest- then think of what you can afford to invest and what your exit level is and finally buy!
I am sure that the share price is here for the big kids to fill up and then it's off to the races, but only you know what you can afford and if you want in.
The only advice I would give is- if you want in select your buy in price and if ore the noise
MaxHSpringer , Thanks for post like the potential here at syme , have read how many shares being bought up by larger buyers ,as posted by apunter2 , apart from big boys loading up with syme shares ,who do you or any one think some one
like myself should invest in syme .
Great night of enlightenment! Haha.
Basically I wouldn't worry about the €8bn Bank deal. It will go through. This is one of the biggest most exclusive Wealth and Asset managers in the world. They managed the Quantum Fund for George Soros and some of the Rothchilds Funds.
The have almost 20% of SYME through the 4 companies kept under the 5% TR1 declaration threshold and also they own 1AF2 which owns a chunk of TAG which owns a huge chunk of SYME.
Here is your big investor. And they invest with their clients. Some of the wealthiest Families in the world. Basically, those who help the rulers of the banking system, are helping SYME.
@apunter2 - thank you for the summary.
I make that 131 million shares still to take from PI’s (at whatever date the measure was taken).
So Pictet and Eurofinleading still have a little to go to get to 4.98% and then they done?
Spot on summary:-) AP

Note -the last one especially
Finally from 8th july RNS
https://www.lse.co.uk/rns/SYME/holdings-in-company-q8tzlso87otx3i6.html
Note item 11. Actually says who owns 1AF2
And I missed it
Still speculation, and need RNS .
But you can follow the logic
I agree entirely. There are some very knowledgeable people contributing and sharing their ideas and knowledge on this board and I thank them for that. It has given me the confidence to keep on topping up when possible and holding long term. I don't understand everything about supply chains etc. but I know enough about block chain and technology to have been excited about this company from when I first noticed it in July. Someone on another board mentioned it and I started looking at it. It is a fantastic idea and I am looking forward to great things from SYME. GLA.
Fantastic work chaps. I have just added another 1m the basis of this and look at the price this morning. I think the dam is going to burst today! Can’t keep this news hidden any longer and the free float must be shrinking fast.
What an amazing collaborative and constructive detective work! A big thank you to all those putting in the work and most importantly sharing your knowledge. I have been investing in this share since August. I have learnt so much since then which has helped me with my own research. Most of all this discussion board has been a revelation. After all the abuse and attacks from the trolls and naysayers this forum has faced it is a credit to those who have contributed constructively and positively that this board has evolved into an invaluable repository of information for new investors. Good luck to all.
Tomvisual tired, I explained badly. He could lose his £1m-ish call option price agreed. He owns 8.5bn shares directly at today price equal to £42m in value. If he breaks even on the call option it needs 0.86p to be achieved to cover option outlay. he is a very rich man in this share alone (and given his career/this is not his first rodeo, 1m on an option is perhaps play money. So I was trying to say (...badly) that the call option was all about the signal, not about the money. And at that, we are saying the same thing. GLA.
Bloody hell chaps i retired at around 11.30 impressed only to wake up & find there's more!
Much appreciated & incredibly insighful.
Bandwagonesque, with options you need to consider what you lose not what you win!
Most options expire worthless (due to time value), so on the flip side of your discussion, to lose 42m at 0.5p would be a big deal to AZ!
The clock is ticking down to option expiration (Dec 20, so third Friday in Dec).
What the call option tells me in simple terms is the direction of travel and the TIMELINE for the share price to increase!
As such, the call option is a major sign post from our CEO to all invested (both long and short).
GLA
if they buying ,who is selling .
I mean the profit on the call option...
