Thanks @WG & @Bluemoon73.
I am a relatively new investor. I appreciate 'its all relative', but thought I would ask any how. I have 3.5 mil. shares and am comfortable to take up to 50% loss of my investment. Unfortunately I am not one of the more furtunate to get in early door.
Thanks again to all the LTH's here for you valuable posts & sharing... GLA

TR1's to come??
What is a good holding? I have 5 million shares.
A lot less than some and more than few.
I can get more However like many This is a punt for me and what if need be i Can afford to lose. Rather not obviously.
Can not afford any more on a punt.
It’s a tough share to get my head around. I’m in a lot of life sciences / COVID stocks and know then inside out.
Not this one. I hear all the potential SP prices.
I don’t need anywhere them. Would be nice. 10p would be a life changer. To be fair so would 5p. Kind of.
@Parm - with you on that.. This one investment has the greatest potential to transform my families financial security. I have my SP targets for de-risk & slice (to clear mortgage) and then the rest for retirement. Best of luck to all!
Weather “ 4.98% in each company @Aim.. Very clever”
As I said you can escape the TR1 but you can’t escape the register
Prospectus.. 5% ..
Thats relevant to the individual @Inv4fee
Good to them is different to every individual. With some also the timing, Many built a few million for a few grand and under. Hold if you were a lucky one.
Thanks WG, was concerned it may be a small float, and with large ii's who had a stake, therefore not about to sell, the sp would not do what it might otherwise have done.
Don't worry i am def not selling, have my top slice figures in mind. If and when it delivers would hope to cash out maybe 50% and leave the rest. I suppose if others feel the same way.. there will always be liquidity. Cheers.
I should add that I am not a seasoned investor like alot of you, but just interested to get an opinion on what a 'good holding' might look like for the more junior PI. thank you.
GLA LTH. fxx
@WG - in your opinion, what would you class as a 'good holding'??
@Parm, They have been buying from some large holders as well as open market from PI's. There is a lot of shares in issue. There will always be a free float but it may get less liquid for larger amounts as time goes on. Hold basically if you've built a good holding.
4.98% in each company @Aim.. Very clever.
Silly question..
If most of the shares are held by directors and ii's, how does the sp get liquidity? i.e. if there are loads of pi's who are LTH then there are not many shares that will be available, even if the sp rockets (hopefully). Yes some may cash in but surely the pot is tiny as doubt these big ii's will be selling?
Again.. just trying to learn and understand.

These guys gave all been loading up shares, before they are announced as lenders.
?? I almost made a sarcastic comment about the rothschilds manipulating the share price. You can’t be serious
Sorry will put this on right thread
with a leading European Alternative Investment Firm (the "Financial Partner") and SYME's shareholders, 1AF2 S.r.l. and The AvantGarde Group S.p.A. ("Co-investors"
It is, it’s an AND lol .
Just checking I am not still asleep lol
And and two ands even ..
Oh I am going sorry all ..
Over and out
We all do it AP, wood for the trees. It's certainly looking like we are in capable hands lets just say that. How this has stayed at .5p we may also have a clue on. The Rothchilds are part owners the stock exchange, the Bank of England if you dig deep enough. Some Rabbit holes there so best left!
I have always said who is the funder will want a slice of SYME .. because they are wanting all ends of the pie..
And for the vote ..
But with this AND it proves more than 1 big player
We have 1AF2 and This leading European alternative blah blah hahah
Can I swear .. its a ****ing AND !!!!!
Swiss bank with ties to Milan and London. I think the 'jurisdiction' is now explained. Ceresio is the captive being recapitalised? 8bn rings true, jurisdiction rings true, Milan and London rings true. Swiss National Bank are currently required for approval.
Not a heavily regulated jurisdiction, therefore fewer hurdles than elsewhere.
stop the ramping guys ...lol
Yes it certainly looks like the digging has proven worthwhile. There's your answer.
Shareholders, Funders, Partners?? The more i dig, the more I think these guys are behind a lot of moves.
Weather . The and .. hahhahaah
Jesus . I have been so so wrong .. it’s not 1AF2 that’s buying the bank .. it’s an ....AND..... ffs how could I miss it
So 1AF2 have spent the £100 mill indirect there is this and, a third party is setting up the bank .
This third party is the direct buyer . Must be
Jesus. I own gold .. not for much longer
Weather sorry I am half asleep after a nap lol
That financial partner is described in the RNS is
with a leading European Alternative Investment Firm (the "Financial Partner") and SYME's shareholders, 1AF2 S.r.l. and The AvantGarde Group S.p.A. ("Co-investors"
Saves me typing it lol
Either way this is going to be HUGE
