The names of who building up shares here ,so good to read ,
so pleased this share price still at this level ,when one looks at the names and the size of share holding built up
AS well as reading no debts
liked some of names of holders who built up nice sized holdings here ,
seen this as opportunity while share price this low .
GOOD RESEARCH being posted ,also like how many sellers being replaced with more buyers .
dont think this share price going to stay this low for much longer with the buys coming in and size of some buys ,
are larger buyers accumulating more shares .
"The philosophy of the Group is to select and research individual talents and not select investment strategies."
Perfect, AZ can continue with his strategy which so far hasn't disappointed. I'm in at 0.0060 hoping for a good return soon. Thoroughly enjoyed the jump to 0.0084 not so long ago!
Thanks ap incredible post. No doubting where SYME is heading. But where does this leave is smallfry PIs? Was going to post the following separately, but here seems better. Not a deramp, just appealing for PI analysis and insight:
Most of us here assume that eventually - even as early as next week - free-market forces will prevail and instigate realistic share pricing. Nice, but why necessarily? AZ has weathered the lack of price action on his 21 September 8bn euro RNS, and why would he not continue to do so (barring his 0.6945p call) on future RNSs? I would be relatively unhappy if the price remained bound by 0.6945p (and at 0.5p I am ~£7k underwater!). But the entities that have engineered low pricing to date, I am sure are powerful enough to continue doing so, if they wished. What really is their end-game here: low-priced total acquisition, dividend income, and perhaps even drip-feeding their shares back to the sufficiently gullible once the price has reached several pounds? Alternatively, could the stickier PIs here be tempted now with a 10p buyout? I would have to think about that one, but probably not! Whatever the end-game in and around SYME, I am sure there will be more twists along the way. Roll along, and good luck all current LTH PIs.
Nothing to see here again, SP wise
The aggressive portion of the portfolio is outsourced to some of the best performing and most talented independent money managers in the world. Therefore, Banca del Ceresio has substantial exposure to non-traditional investment, like hedge funds.
To identify the best talents, two essential ingredients are necessary, their expertise in financial analysis and risk management.
The Group’s research team analyses, tracks and meets several hundred managers with different experiences, track records and styles every year.
The approach is applied to managers that operate in the field of alternative investments but also those that expose their talent in more traditional investment styles.
Who’s going to fund client inventories along side the banks obligation
With these as our new major share holders
https://swiss-banking-lawyers.com/banca-del-ceresio-sa/
I will leave that an open question lol
Not of a ramp but I am still a bit stunned lol
Hi IraMil7,
Thanks for the bebeez article , which appears to lay to rest the A1F2/1AF2 quibble.
It also, incidentally, confirms Ceresio and Equita as fronts for VC interests (maybe including the Foglias), likewise Parrot (Global Capital) Malta as the involved 3rd x 4.98% (and not the Foglia Global subsid)...and , in the 'preIPO', ascribed an extrapolated value to "SYME" in 2019 of Euro 25 million
.."Fintech is currently 54.06% controlled by TheAvantGarde Group spa , which, as mentioned, is owned by Alessandro Zamboni. A group of investors is also a member who in June 2019 had subscribed a 2 million euro capital increase in club deal , based on a 100% valuation of 25 million; other investors are Equita sim and Ceresio sim on behalf of their private clients, who have invested in club deals, and the Maltese asset manager Parrot Capital (Global Capital Plc) . "
Thanks again for turning heat into light.
ATB
Ira, thank you,
In fact, at the end of September 1AF2 srl acquired the entire capital of The AvantGarde Group for 91 million euros
I like the opening “in fact” lol
It is a typo, AP... Found this yesterday night, but could not post as site kept crashing:
https://translate.google.com/translate?hl=en&sl=it&u=https://bebeez.it/2020/10/06/inventory-monetization-zamboni-si-allea-un-fondo-comprare-banca-fara-investitore-seriale-nelle-cartolarizzazioni-supplyme-capital/&prev=search&pto=aue
n addition to the fund, the name of which is not known at the moment, the two shareholders 1AF2 srl and The AvantGarde Group spa , both attributable to Zamboni , will buy the bank . In fact, at the end of September 1AF2 srl acquired the entire capital of The AvantGarde Group for 91 million euros. The Sinopoli & Partners studio assisted 1AF2 srl. Among the sellers, IWEP Ltd, a company incorporated under English law, was assisted by the Tonucci & Partners firm (see the press release here ). The acquisition was carried out through the exercise of purchase options, it resulted in the exit of all the shareholders who had entered The AvantGarde Group as part of a transaction completed at the end of 2018, essentially bringing the shareholding back to its origins .
Ira, I do agree it was a typo, but I had to acknowledge the difference, if it is true, it doesn’t harm us as it could be another investor.
But surely we would of had an RNS of the investment?
Sharehunter, thank you, hoping people don’t believe me but use my posts to further their research
apunter2 ,like reading your posts ,in my opinion ,you a good researcher ,
like your 23,42 post
and like investing in a share with
NO DEBT ,OR BONDHOLDERS
also so much news due ,will be watching this week to see if rns ,or next week .
What he says and what he does do not equal the same thing?
I'll set up a trial account, see what's what and report back if anything of interest - meant to do that yesterday
No website as such Ira but there is a Dun & Bradstreet resource behind a paywall
https://www.dnb.com/business-directory/company-profiles.1af2_srl.98863bf94b487c79f98121d6f4efb93e.html
Da don’t get to hooked on that, AZ said he will never sell his shares, why would he it’s not even started yet lol
If that is the only risk in this share I would bite your hand off for that.
Never mind no debt or bond holders. This share is a one of a kind .
This A1F2 puzzles me... Google search only shows info related to the €91 transaction..... If it is not a typo, how It could be possible to have a sizeable business be able to pay this amount of money and have no trace of the company name on the internet, not in XXI century.....
Good Lord da - don't give me indegestion with that thought
I think the Wirecard shareholders were pretty esteemed at this level:
Blackrock
Citicorp
Jupiter
Artisan Partners, and
MB Beteillgungsgeselllschaft .....
Weather - I prefer savoury normally :)
Going to need a mahoosive paella pan...
Valencia, thank you and 7 month listed lol ..
Lovely stuff apunter - thanks again
Da.. no never this early, but that is the risk I see, now the only risk.. IMHO and if anyone wants to shout about accounts procedure to scare peeps they can have .. our co owners are the top of the tree from article
Banca del Ceresio Group is specialized in private banking and asset management services for private and institutional clients.
Global Selection Advisors is managing the Selection Holdings funds of funds, and for the Italian market Global Selection SGR manages the Italian domiciled funds of hedge funds.
In addition to developing its own Funds of Hedge Funds Banca del Ceresio Group is also co-advisor of Leveraged Capital Holdings and Haussmann, both are among the best performing and oldest funds of hedge funds globally.
Weather that banking RNS .. agreement with ...leading etc .. and syme shareholders etc
So to me entity makes the agreement with also described as financial partners. Their bank can hold 2% of. Syme shares
Just a disconnect there if any of that makes sense lol
Weather that’s the open question from that awful website it says A1f2... but I can’t see Banca del ceresio wanting to run this day to day, outside their remit since 1958
Of course could be a typo .. but does it matter we have banca del ceresio are our joint owner. Anything is possible and all outcomes are good. As long as AZ keeps his shares
Great post AP.
Is it another entity from the same creator though? Another Ceresio partner or are Ceresio helping and assisting the purchase of another Bank?
