Just bought another 115k in 2 batches. first buy in low 20's average below 10 now which is better. I have topped up 300k shares in last 2 weeks to get lower.

if anybody hits 30% don't they officially need to make an offer for the company?

I have always felt at his low an MCAP a major oil company would just buy the company.

I lost a fortune on SNG as well. I had £90k in them and they dropped 90% in a day. All signs were so positive. hiring the best in the business in the States. Oem deals, manufacturing. Passed phase 1 and 2 trials then bang. It was sickening.
Learning curved. Knew it was risky but until it dropped like that I had more than I wanted to risk in them. Luckliy I had made more than that the 12 months before. Still all profits wiped out in one go and a bit more.

I was tipped off when at 120 and a take over was tabled at 170. I cannot be alone in this. Watching it fall from 140 to 35P. No. I didnt get out I just watched in horror. I also was preeety confident it woudl bounce back to a smaller pallatable loss or a small profit at some stage due to the value of the company.

The patient doesages were completed before Omicron ever rose its head.

Huge difference - this is made for COPD / Astmha and respirtory disease and many viral issues in the lungs. 15 years in the making. 30 Billion industry and growing im sire afyter 2 years of Covid.

Secondly of course Polygon and brokers are playign it. They are playing it to get more shares for Pilygon as we see they increase weekly. So if you own and sell right now you are in the wrong game.
if no take over I personally highly doubt Polygon sell on amazing news as they know it will fall on sells.
They cannot be sure. They also know the comopnay and revenue can make this a lo thigher than £10 a share if going alone
Polygon are not here foe the lon g long haul. They are here fro a takeover id say they do it a lot.
ID also take a guess they know more than you and i to risk this much money.

I continue to look at fundamentals. The cash on hand, the revenues. The discussion of US business on each webinar. The talk of a seperat ewebianr for US business. Mergers and acquiitions in stratgey. Last webinar they openly discussed this. Even to the point if the company being purchased was so larhge they would use cash and financing.
I topped up 9000 shares in two batches this week.
I hope I dont regreat it.
The share price maybe total ****. I now have triple the shares I had when it was £12 at half the avergage buy in.
If this baby comes back as it should I will be happy with my choices.
Plus I have said all along NCYT Should be buying a US disgribution company.
Always hoped back in the day a take over would happen. Dont see it anymore. Would be an out of left field for me .

Average up last few months.
I’ve said many times. I do not believe we will see any P3 trial results. SNG will he very visible to big pharma. sNG will he courted by several and I’d suggest an auction takeover will occur on results/ pre results (they will have way more visibility than PI’s)
Many times on pharma we don’t get the results we expect. A take over occurs. Sitting on sidelines you may miss out potentially.
There is a risk as listed below so only invest what you can potentially afford to lose. (Good portion )

PS I’d expect buyout to be 10 pounds minimum. Revenue from this is huge per does.
