2. Netoil Capital /JP Kenny Petroleum changes in Mar. '21
3. Netoil Capital / Nordic Petroleum AS changes again in May '21
4. The inserting of a number of key NetOil Inc staff & close associates
5. Mr Tamraz taking his NED seat in Jan. '21

If you look closely at the repeated confirmation statements there are links to be made that tie into point 1 above.

RGP CEO telling me they are under constant audit now since june as the sept interims are due... the US websites are offline now for months saying under maintenance. No answer to my questions around the websites being brought inline with the consolidation process and published under the main RGP website..

Time will tell...

Some new developments with netoil capital ltd. Where they have renamed from JP Kenny Petroleum which has assets in Greenland, US and Canada. JP Kenny also stays on as a director & no doubt provides links to JPX & JP Kenny exploration & production with JV in Ukraine with Poltava.

Might be unrelated but we know that Chevron turned an oil refinery into an IL production plant..

Hey oldbutnowisa, I have had comms with them but I fell behind on this one and so I suspect he will be taking their time to reply.

My view is they need RT to get the production scaled up of the IL's as this is what was lost with the storm at the closed ponds and the knock on decline of mari signum. Once they get that sorted they can then get started back on the actual chitin production...

I emailed a few days ago but nothing as yet from either Barry or Prof. Rogers.

happened to find this webinar recording from Jan that was uploaded in March by the looks of things. Prof. Rogers goes into some details on current standing of subsidiaries i.e. Mari Signum etc. following the restructuring.

I have been trying for 2 weeks now to open dialogue (simple query on last accounts) with the co and to date not a peep.. they are being very tight lipped...
Given how quickly this moved at the end of Feb... when news drops this will jump again very quickly...

Also notice how after 2018 all publications / web site updates / general news dropped away leading up to the acquisition in early 2019... Just tells me that there is big news due... IMHO..
