SolGold considering funding options
COPPER developer SolGold is actively considering funding options for the definitive feasibility study for its giant Cascabel project in Ecuador.
Solg fundraising is normally over subscribed.
Difficult to trade this at the moment while it's trending down.
Can any1 with access post the full article? Ta
"CEO Darryl Cuzzubo confirmed the company tested the market."
I can see that much.
orchestrated drop to enable huge placing at 20p
God I sound like you MassiveRay !
I expect a placing at 20p too. This will pull the SP down to that level, then it's 19p from there.
It's just a shame SOLG has never offered access to giveaway placings to existing retail shareholders, but I'd pass on this one anyway.
To the new generation of SOLGERS who bought in over 30p and are now underwater, and to the ever loyal poor bloody infantry who once again held and didn't sell as we once more kissed 40p hello and goodbye, I'd like to apologise for being one of the loudest voices on here promoting the idea of an imminent bid. All I can say is, this time round, I really believed it. It was the right time, and the right position for us to be in - plus without one, ie. where we are now, just didn't make sense. Without a bid we are in limbo, with nothing to offer but more spending just to grind on month after month, or massive, massive dilution to start chasing the crazy dream of going into production. I know I didn't tell anyone to buy, or not to sell, but I still feel guilty. What makes it worse is I have no faith in the current team leading us, I just put all my hopes in a rescue that never came.
Seanhunter the wider market is down, and Solgold is doing everything they have said they would.
So why are you so downbeat. A bid was never part of Solgold's strategy.
We should be pleased we are continuing to production, as it's the best way to unlock value.
My contact suggests the placing will be at 35p :-).
Respect for your honesty Sean..
Can we stop with my contacts
Not one members so called contacts has ever been right
My contact also predicted this reply from Kohaku01!
You did nothing wrong Sean, you just followed what you believed was right at the time. I know we had our differences earlier but as the saying goes "the cream always rises to the top"
Keep your head up it might come good you just never know with these things.
Sean people make choices if certain investors jumped in on your posts then not your problem buddy, never forget you haven’t lost any money until you sell at less than you by simples there’s a few on here that will tell you that… even 50p will show a good return on the 35 to 40p brigade stop being so pessimistic and woe is me this will eventually go to the highest bidder at least double the current price… simples
As the little wheels turn furiously, the bigger wheels move slowly....
Patience, is all what's required here.
Unless you are wanting to do daily trades ..
Hey Sean, relax. This WILL come good. We have come a jolly long way and Mather & Co plus DGR will not lose money. The opposite, they will make a buck or two and so will we all. Wether we bought at 30p or above, it will happen! Just a little faith as the piggies clamour to line-up in a row! GLA!
Come on Sean, spirit of the Dambusters, yeah... the squadron never dies.
Only two years ago we were back up to 23p (having been 11p in March)....visited 40P + since on a couple of ocasions....will do again...either soon on buyout (hope not at 40p).....or in 2years when coming out of recession.....and then upwards on steroids I hope and expect! GLA
Quady: "A bid was never part of Solgold's strategy"
In direct contradiction to what SOLG's former CEO said but a fortnight ago. You've seen the clip yourself, yet you still spout your own world view. Why?
Chin up Sean, it's always darkest before dawn.
Something will happen when we least expect.
