I notice Ted Rodgers has his fingers on the trades too
Agreed Bozi. There seems to a lot of this company given away for 17p , why pay more? As you say , it needs to move quick otherwise there will some cash lost here.
Possibly CovGaz. There's only so many times a takeover can be pumped to the market. Eventually it stops believing.
If it hasn't happened by the end of Q2 then we'll have 12 months from that point. CGPs shares in SOLG won't be worth toffee if we get to H1 2024 and the company needs further funds. Nobody will pay a fair price for them given the distinct lack of operational activity.
Not quite Hail Mary territory yet but it's time for Bob to be smart if nothing else.
Are we headed back to the options price of 17p? I would not be surprised at all. A couple of 5%ers and we're there , and let's be honest , the 5% drop is pretty common around here.
Red because that's exactly what he is
Talatum why would you post something as stupid as that....
We have over $70 million in the bank and 155 million shares we can sell inherited from CGR...
that's what warren has said
if you want the link go on his replys not tweets hope this helps

I owe investors an update? Maxit has the company up for sale and is working with interested parties to get it sold. I am pretty sure everyone who follows SolGold knows this.

I've looked in his twitter account and can't see anything. What comment please?
Talatum, even if there isn't a buyer, why would they call administrators?
reknight1, "Surely something is about to happen..." I hope it is not Solg calling administrators as no buyer
Solg fail at any timelines/milestones and deadlines they claim to work to… the announcement of the SR being delayed will not be any surprise.
I assume Mr. Irwin is not an insider otherwise he won't be able to make these sorts of comments. Having said that he is close to the fire and has experience and his views are at least entertaining to read.
My question would be that if a potential sale process is not advanced enough to justify an RNS before the end of H1 what would happen then? A regular strategic review without selling large assets surely doesn't take 6-9 months. So, an RNS at the end of H1 that the strategic review is prolonged would mean to me there are serious talks in the background. 10 weeks to test my theory (and patience).
Still 19.04/19.00...!
Over an hour now...thats it I'll stop cos I'm off to golf...
Cheers
Look at that! Somebody's sold 24,599 at 11.32...4 minutes after my post with a back of 19.035/19...
And between that and my post saying 19.085/19.4...
Maybe the ALGOs are short... ;-)
19.04/19.00 so we've had a backwardation for mofre than half an hour now...
I've only vever seen it fleetingly before...these things normally sort gthemselves out quickly...i.e. in seconds...
Agree strange trading pattern ATM.
Bonkers it is odd
I was offered more to sell than buy as well earlier… not seen it before that I can recall
Tel, I am firmly offered 3bn shares at 50p, maybe 45p. :-)
Ah OK RK, the the bid is higher than the offer, should have looked at it more carefully, yes very strange, but if you can explain why that would be good because on the face of it seems impossible.
Welcome back Slug...
19.085/19.04...
Spoken to somebody in the know who says "this is really weird..."
And stop calling me Shirley!
“Do you all understand the significance of this...?”
Of course we do, nothing could be more obvious, it’s as clear as day, plain as the nose on your face, only an idiot wouldn’t get it.
Though in case there is some fool who doesn’t I suppose you’d better explain.
as above
