Agreed Lunch. Total lack of self-awareness and I cannot remember even one post from Novice that I found to be useful. Just endless "55p by Friday" or "watch this finish blue today".
Otherncopper - I think we share a similar level of cynicism here. What I would say is that at least the company has managed to deliver a PFS, albeit one that didn't translate into an increase in share price for investors. The PFS aside, it's slim pickings on the good news front in 2022.
I'm surprised at this comment Novice
" if not sell up I'm sure like myself many are still in a decent position"
I'm 38% down and would like to see an improvement on that.
I'm alright Jack isn't a nice thing to post when some of us need this company to get off it's backside and stop giving themselves financial slaps on the back and salaries that the BOD of profit making companies would be happy with.
Apols my tablet playing up
RNS showing any clue?
Rather than constantly criticising SOLGOLD, and posting negative post after negative or pointless posts (as of recent times) its time you learned to control or focus on the controllables here. i.e you can decide if you are happy with the current direction of Solg if yes hold or continue to buy, if not sell up I'm sure like myself many are still in a decent position, other than that there is nothing else you can affect or do with the future outcome.
ONWARDS & UPWARDS !!!
I agree
‘ The BoD really do need some wins to be able to point to before Christmas.’
This has been said every year for the last few years, yet for some reason, people vote them back in..
I struggle to see our stand in finance guy putting the finance package together..
And the JVs in my view are just another example of our boards failure to progress anything
Dbw, agreed, I would love to know what SOLG's employees are actually working on now and over the last few weeks. The 800-odd local workforce aside, what are Loyer, Vaca, Garwin and to a lesser extent Botts and Taunton working on on a day-to-day basis. I'm assuming that as per the July 28th RNS they're looking at Porvenir and Helupuerto, establishing which targets the company will be drilling when we start exploration again. But I would imagine that the team are somewhat demotivated given we presently have no cash in the coffers to do any of said drilling, and employees (like investors!) are unclear on the corporate strategy.
It would be helpful for investors to be given some rough timelines as to when the above work is expected to be completed, and ultimately when drilling will start (the July RNS was pretty detail-lite).
I'm hoping that Keith Pollocks, our interim-CFO (the third person to hold this position in the space of 6 months) is working on a funding package to take the pressure off the company and the management team as we run into the AGM. Unless rumours of a takeover really start to hot up, I struggle to see the SP moving northwards, particularly given the current macro environment.
The other possibility, which I appreciate has been mooted for a long time with nothing to show for it, is that we are indeed working on several of the areas where we are yet to explore and are looking for potential JV partners. It wouldn't surprise me to see news on this announced prior to the AGM. The BoD really do need some wins to be able to point to before Christmas.
Fort/CD. You said these were options. They arent, they are inducement shares, so they are gifted shares.

Damn spell check ruining the joke.
Beats the Deceptions having rule of the roost eh Bubble.
I think they'll have us into the teens to start Sept.
Autobots having fun again today I see
This is what we've had in the last 3 months ......
1st June ....Cascabel technical report filed on SEDAR
6th June....Notice of general meeting
17th June....Price monitoring extension
17th June.... 2nd Price monitoring extension
20th June....Holdings in company
24th June .... Amendments to EGM resolutions
30th June....Results of general meeting
5th July....Director shareholding
14th July....Appointment of key executives
28th July.... Business activity update
1st August....Updated share capital and voting rights
11th August....Director and management change
30th August....Director/PDMR shareholding
For a supposed exploration company looking to encourage further investment this is about as bad as it gets. As it happens I think we'll be fine here despite the company's total disregard for it's investors .....simply because we have something that people want and the world needs.

Bubble CGP moves on very little trades because of shares in issue, this is just normal.
DBW looks like someone going to buy cgp shares in cascabel tenament then solgold imho hold onto those shares !!:)
Bubbles CGP now up another 10%

Was that when solg was at 80p?
The options are minor in grand scheme of things but interesting that they loom like they've used the VWAP and price of 27p+. That's above the last few placings (so won't upset too many larger shareholders) and significantly higher (30%) from 21p today. Management being management tend to go for the best price they can get so perhaps they know of some news soon which might increase that VWAP lol!
Looks like the new guys are now incentivised to get the business sold too! Something cooking for sure... way too quiet out there and that includes on these BB's.
AGM in Dec fast approaching. Tick tock tick tock...90 days or so to go before it's curtains for some.
CGP recovery continues
I have researched this Bubble for many years.
It doesn't matter what I think, it matters what Solgold say, and what they do.
No question we can construct Alpala we have all the necessary experience on board, but as you have researched this yourself you know that.
The only question remaining is can we raise the finance.
I believe we can after DFS. We just need to get to DFS.
Quady and you believe we going to production????,you really need to do your research imho
Good question Medar don't know much about Steve Botts, but Harold Loyer was employed middle of last year. He has decades of experience as a mine designer and materials expert. Just the man to oversee the civil engineering teams to construct Alpala.
