A.T.B.
Freethecaterham with the greatest of respect as you constantly criticise myself and others and contribute nothing, you are the last person I am going to share my techniques with!
@Sharedealer2019, what do you look for in the trade ticker to give you clues about who is buying?
Apologies Size; my post seemed rather aggressive on a re-read: wasn't meant to be - just more a gentle reminder and perhaps a little frustration at a strong feeling of deja vu! ATB and GLALTHs as ever.
M and pp Mrs M
Let's see what the update brings.... RM certainly looked upbeat in the
Proactive interview, I hope he can expand on discussions at ATS..!
Very good weekened to all....Cheers!
I've averaged down to get out at ~£1. I won't be investing anymore. If I want more, I'll trade on a big Monday style sp spike.
Hmm: so what's new this time round Size; seem to recall many adopted that strategy at c200p -180p. Felt very sorry for them back in Feb but I'm sure that this time around after the next TRI and RNS and Conference and video-zoom-presentation and a new hi-tech website my qualms will be laid to rest alongside Mrs M and myself.
Size82, already topped up again earlier this week and increased my holding post 21/2 by 166%!
Doc, see it as an opportunity and buy more, rather than finding it depressing. I'm confident this will come good. The longer the sp remains supressed the more shares I'm able to buy....
Just my take
Still here for another weekend. Very difficult now to stave off the questions from Mrs M. : e.g. is there an actual building anywhere with SNG on it; do SNG have an office or laboratory with people in white coats looking down microscopes; what does the stuff look like that they give people; has any of the people you spend all day reading about ever met anyone else who knows about SNG; is SNG like the RobboBlocks World that the grandchildren play on their ipads???
Go get another bottle Mrs M: just you leave it to us shrewd investors who understand these things...Rome wasn't built in a day you know.
HSD - to be fair, I think we are slightly misunderstanding each other. I'm more on about the SP.
We both know if we get a Polygon TR1, the SP will add a pence or two. That's it. However, a TR1 from a new investor...now that would be interesting!
As it is, the SP is up less than a penny since last Friday's close. Quite depressing and I think the SP deserved to go up a bit more than that after Monday.
For all we know, they were expecting more from the deep-dive data that arrived on Monday. We have no idea if they are more confident or less confident than last week. Maybe their confidence is unchanged.
If only there were some way of knowing. Some small clue we could look out for...
I'd also point out that the market seems to agree with me. The SP is currently lower than where it was when we had the first post 21/2 TR1 from Polygon.
I think the fact they have increased their holding so significantly since 21/2 suggests they are confident, and the news on Monday should mean it is as high as ay any point since then?
I don't think anyone is expecting a fundraise anytime soon, are they?
Some investors seem fixated on what Polygon do. They proved they are human by buying up £millions pre 21/2 and losing (on paper) their shirt on SNG.
Doc83 - "In reality, it matters not a jot."
It does matter, and for several reasons.
It would show their confidence in the drug remains at least as high as it did in February. Also, if they reach the threshold it suggests they don't expect a fundraise in the near future. Because if they did, they would hold out for a discount of the remaining 6-8 million shares that would put them at 30%. Another reason is that it suggests they not very confident they could pick them up for 20p if they waited longer.
HSD - I suppose time will tell if they are still buying.
In reality, it matters not a jot. They have clearly shown they are positive on SNG so another % here or there won't make much of a difference to the SP.
Doc83 - "SD2019 - you were talking about TR1's days ago!"
I said on Monday I was expecting one from Polygon this week. But I see their last one from six weeks ago put them at 26.026% which means they could've bought almost two million more since then without having to notify. So I still think there's a good chance they were buying on Monday.
There's also a fair chance we could find out we're on another NIH trial in the coming days or weeks. If that happens I think the price here will double instantly.
Personally I think next week could get very interesting as Monday's presentation was a come and get me boys, will just have to wait and see who has taken the bait.
Doc83....Yes I was....this is what I wrote!
'to excite investors the. Dropped it to panic and scoop up the shares.
This has happened before and a couple of days later there was a TR1'
It is now a couple of days later!
SD2019 - you were talking about TR1's days ago!
As I am bored, its quiet and I have been looking at the buying patterns for the last few days. Although I am not sure they have or another has stepped over the threshold. If they have (poly) then we may see a TR1 today after 3PM.
Oh and I wouldnt want to be out of the weekend ....just getting that in early too :)
