@hinumaki : Of course missing target dates always looks bad. But I think it's been out of their control - a problem with recruitment numbers: (a) falling numbers of hospitalised patients (b) competition from the myriad of other trials (c) tightening the criteria by trying to concentrate on early treatment.
The alternative would have been to meet the deadlines by loosening the entry criteria. I doubt if anyone here thinks that would have been a good idea.
Quite so, notnow - patience with stocks like these is all it takes but that virtue is so often patently lacking these days.
Investors just need this constraint to realise their initial judgement; traders don't have it 'cos for them it's just a case of 'if it moves, for whatever reason, I'm interested' - they almost invariably miss the real gravy in the end and never seem to get the point, time after time; maybe it's because they don't have the money to stay on board for more than 5 minutes?
Provided SNG evolves into a major success story and it has all the hallmarks of doing so, as far as I can determine, then just sit tight / be patient and let it deliver. Diving in and out of a developing growth story is for the birds, imv - sasa.
I am not complaining at all. Im just saying that you cant state timelines without fulfilling them. In march the CEO says its 8 weeks and got fast-track, Then he says on LBC is end of June and now says its July. These are three statements. you either have to deliver on one of them or not.
If you are complaining that the trials have been moved back you need to know that most trials take years to deliver not months. Don’t blame the CEO, he has world magic over the last 3 months.
i think its because of CEO's briefings. in March he said the trial is 8 weeks, then end of June and now says its July. You cant run business like this. Constantly changing timelines is not good. Anyway I,m holding until the result.

On good news we are now 48p ?? Wonder what will happen on bad news.
Notnow20 There you go.i was bang on what was going to happen. It happens every time. So now most guys have some more shares. By the way way i do hold a good few of these so hoping it goes up eventually.
Any rise of this share is immediately countered by a sell. Look at the previous trend with the release of RNS.
I'm still thinking that Lansdowne are selling out.
DD what exactly should be concerning about the sp? If u bought at 70p then yes u r at a much higher risk of losing money, but if u bought below 50p and arent looking to trade then the current sp wont be keeping u up at night.. if you are a trader and u bought in on the spike then may be you should reevaluate ur trading strategies, and that becomes ur reality of being trapped on the spike and not the reality of many others who have bought before/during the placing etc so the way i see it, no, current sp doesnt worry me one bit, especially after seeing good conservative updates
Sit and chill for me, the hospital trials must be going well to progress it to the at home trials ! GLA
I really like this share & how the business is run. On any news many companies boom. This one released some sensible information and no boom. Shpunken is right, it cements existing information, rather than adding s a new stream of cash or new growth expectations to the market capital so the share price hasn't changed much. It isn't a short termer just now.
Notnow - come on fella. You must be slightly concerned now that nothing seems to move the sp significantly.
It does warrant the current mc as that is its current valuation based on the current available information. Todays news just cements are mc a bit more, with every bit if good news we are moving further away from the placing price of 35p.. ppl seem to forget what the sp was 6 months ago.. the initial rise was based on hype and plans and as the plans got more realised and we are getting closer to the final outcome the sp consolidates further.. like always though i am expecting the sp to get pumped up when the herd arrives ones more its inevitable.. until then dont expect miracles or £2 bla bla bla..
True. Just cos someone buys-in, they expect 500% the next day. SNG has a lot going for it and if these trials give a positive result then undoubtedly the price will spike. They are still losing millions a year in the real world pre-covid and have a potentially game changing trial on COPD, but does that warrant the current mcap? Not sure tbh.
5.5p to 53p in 5 months looks like it has gone through the roof already and currently waiting to launch into orbit.
