Synairgen plc - Annual Report and Notice of Annual General Meeting #SNG ****************************/rns/announcement/069f0865-f8e4-4af3-bd0f-506a436f6d1e #********** undefined
That gave me a heart attack lol
29th June is the date of next meeting
Hopefully we can get an update before the meeting
Hmm maybe we will get our update the next day or 1st July, that meeting has got to have some results, it’s closed door so not like we can sneak in either ha ha
Looks like that 1 code was correct from the other day, coincidence or not....
I can see COPD and Covid. Only my opinion. This is the perfect time to release.
29th June is gonna be some day of agony, looking at past history, summary of meetings is released the same day. It will be extremely price sensitive so I doubt they’d take a risk waiting.
Goose - To be honest the closer I’ve got to this share the more I’ve liked what I’ve seen, especially the background history and the professional way it’s been approached over the last few months. Would obviously love to see a really great outcome - yes for my wealth - but importantly for those that will need help when the next waves of this virus return (as it will)....and also as a reward to the SNG team for a job well done. Here’s hoping - and I’m off for a cider right now!
COPD , very possible but
Covid ... No way
Dave - I'm a bit puzzled by that. Although the mechanism for Synairgen to be advised is the TR1 so since no TR1 has been posted they have not been advised.
I's all as clear as mud currently. But something is going on in the background i'm still inclined to believe that Lansdowne are offloading.
All clear as mud as you've stated, but I think it's almost certain that yesterday's spike was to allow whoever it is selling to dump there shares at a set price.
Being played like a fiddle...
All imvho.
Henderz - Looking at the delayed trades just posted from yesterday it's clear the tap was turned off since there is only 150k delayed volume. Hence the spike.
Today we should assume the tap was turned back on, tomorrows delayed trades will give an indicator.
I'd rather they just dumped the lot to be honest we'd get a bargain basement price to buy in at and would recover much quicker but they wouldn't make as much money as they are with this drip drip drip...
Looking at the website and looking the home participation sheet, it appears that you dont have to be within 40 mile radius to take part. It doesn't mention that anywhere.
https://www.covidtrialathome.com/screening
"Do you live within approximately 40 miles of Southampton General Hospital, excluding the Isle of Wight?"
Levy, if the trial results are a success no one has a chance of getting in at 59p. That includes the mother in law and Warwickl Lad :)
Levy - As of 25th May Lansdowne held circa 17m shares as far as notifications to Synairgen and the market.
Hargreaves Lansdown is not the same as Lansdowne.
If you really are privy information that you should not share I suggest you shut up pretty quick and stop alluding to it.
Finally all of your posts on SNG have been excessive ramping please tone it down it is not necessary or helpful to the board.
All the best in your investment
Oh i just clicked the link on the RNS tab and i didnt see that, my bad!
Ghia- In other words Levy123 is an absolute blaggard :)
Oil - My bad I linked to the information sheet rather than the home page for the trial site.
NP!
Has he got holdings here?
I think the point for consideration is that all BioPharma companies are suffering a kind of collateral damage. It is not likely IMO that any of the up and coming BIOPharma companies are involved directly. Not that you or I would have known, but if the markets see a cloud over the sector then the prices could fall? That makes all investors twitchy. I don't know really just busking...
What do you all think?
