Still big demand for buyers as last sell i took was at 6.5p. Bit more higher to go....
What appears to be the case is that ROX will own 85M shares after this goes through, and as they're being issued 85M shares in return for the financing it shows that they haven't bought any shares in the market as yet.
So who was doing all the recent buying, and inching the share price up from 3.5p to 4.7p?
Also am I correct in saying that if ROX do take over the company, then they have to pay shareholders a minimum of the price at which they themselves have recently bought shares - 10p?
It seem to me that they won't have a majority stake and it looks like possibly don't want a majority stake.
Maybe they are thinking that the company will be better valued if it remains listed, although the AIM listing itself may ultimately be junked for something more snazzy.
I could buy as many as I liked at 6.5 and sell at 6.25….clearly the market has some doubts but like the recent PDMR buyer, I bought some this morning. Gla and keen to see how this plays out……
Article in daily mail online about chips in brain to detect speech thoughts!
Neuralink mentioned
No mention of Sondrel
This technology is advancing at incredible pace
ROX would only want rule 9 waived if they do NOT want to take over the company. A move to private is a takeover as well under the code. So de facto they must be content with the current listing position.
Bearing in mind the company was nearly bankrupt and shareholders would have got nothing this is a pretty good position. Progress will need some trading news. Another bidder is unlikely unless it is agreed with ROX - so the key question is what do they think the true value is?
Rox must value SND at minimum 15-20p or they wouldn't risk their money
Very mixed messages
Is this not supposed to be delisting after company
announced it had elected to do?
Why then is anyone buying even in short term?
Explanations anyone?
PJ
No mention of delisting in the RNS.
The shares will continue to trade, for the time being, in a properly funded company.
Would ROX want to take it private, or keep it listed, seek a NASDAQ listing and then sell to a major operation in 2025/6?
IIMO I see the SP re-rating to 10p next few sessions if not today, question is, will it go higher than that? 10p is a bargain. I recall the SP was trashed by Siemens exiting.

What a deal - a fund raise at 10p a share and using 10p for the convention of the CLn….
It looks too good to be true but it not not stop me buying a few ….
Gla
10p is a bargain. A year ago the share price was 70p in June 2023.
Another AIM company gone on the cheap.
DYOR
Highly likely Rox will offer to pay 10p to any remaining shareholders
The RNS states that ROX do not want to takeover the company thats why they are asking for a rule 9 waiver.
SND will go private in a few months.
Can't believe 'The Takeover Panel has been consulted and has agreed' - they are supposed to consider the effects on all share-holders not just their buddies.
I think anyone holding at the current Sp will easily get a 1 bagger on a final offer for the shares from ROX ,
1 of the reasons im holding and waiting
Technically Rox would buy up anything they can get under 10p a share
Looks like the price 10 is set in stone,
Surely it sets a base price at 10p though????
ROX will own a tad under 50%, ROX have played a blinder, Curren what an absolute Jerk.
10p for £5mln confirmed
Some really informed & helpful posters on Sondrel here...Selling out shouldn't be many's automatic reaction IMO given the MASSIVE value being extracted from AIM shareholder here (AGAIN! i.e. like Shanta Gold, bidstack etc etc).
Just read their opinions and it become clear how world scale level undervaluation this has here despite inclarity presented by the ROX PE situation...
Would make sense seen as though they will be getting conversion shares at 10p. That`s the problem, it`s all done without having to make a disclosure through an RNS until days later if at all. Happy to hold remaining share now until next RNS.
Imho ROX buying from the departing Institutions and retail, they appear happy to pay around 4.5p
Would be nice. Suprised the S.P. has held given that a few are taking profits Today. Looks like the sold shares are been bought up but not showing. Stakebuilder perhaps ?
Not bad for a Friday, hoping for some good news soon.
Took a £700 profit at 4.5p offer so there is demand for what shares are still available. Still have a large amount invested here as there is a lot more upside to come.
