A NASDAQ listing would be a dream come true. Made a few thou Today on CAPX, but SND price would eclipse this massively on a U.S. listing. Can only dream....
Sondrel have a USA Office. Now the company has much improved financing, if the USA side developed well, a NASDAQ listing could be great.
Or just sell out to a large company bid.
P
Hope not. They would only offer a small premium to the 10p shares they bought at. Needs outside interest to realise the true value of Co. Now they have shown that their products are highly sought by top tier`s, then can see a much higher valuation on re-rate. Will just keep holding out for now.
ROX takeover.

The founder Curren owns just under 23%
No longer in public hands 53%
Leaving 24% tradeable
No other holders above 3%
£5.6 million receipts into Sondrel bank
An AGM is being held on 27th for shareholders only
There have been no Accounts issued since those covering H1 2023
Directors propose to explain this on the 27 June meeting when a date for publication will be given for FY 2023 Accounts.
The company appear to be doing very well from published business activity reports.
My guess is they wish to publish H1 2024 provisional figures with 2023 Audited accounts.
DYOR on SND web site.
One forecaster is suggesting an SP up to 28p during July.

Interesting comparison and yes, a lot of similarities. It could so easily happen here.
There are a lot of similarities between Sondrel & Filtronic in terms of each Company specialising in their technology.
Very Interestingly, Filtronic attracted a 20% investment from Elon Musks Space X a few months ago.
The Investor Meet presentation from August 2022 is very interesting & the CEO discusses the ‘General’ Chips that NVidia manufacture, whereas Sondrel design & manufacture specialist Chips.
Now that funding has been sorted to the tune of £5.3M (at 10p a share) by ROX, private Equity, I think the potential upside is huge.
Once significant contracts are announced I think the Company should list on the main market given the potential Valuation it could achieve, that would send out the right message - this is a long established and professionally run Company - and signalling this would encourage long term investors, which will s what they need.
With ROX aboard this may also be on the table.
This will be considered within 6 months of the raise.
Suspect we’ll get further contract news in the short term & more interest in the stock, AIM can be fickle, but once The Company announces some real traction this could move up quickly, with a sensible valuation considerations to de-list will be dropped.
Apparently following the fund raise there will be a shareholders vote regarding the de-listing from AIM. I wonder if it’s a done deal…. I’m guessing they need 75% of the votes to achieve this. Let’s see how this plays out….. gla

Also thought the S.P. would go higher after ROX news. Waiting for update on main automotive chip supplier. This would take the S.P. into 20~30p levels. Can only hold for now but confident in this Co.
Surprised this hasn’t nipped up to 10p.
It’s always the case with a placing at a discount that the SP matches the placing price, but here, £5.3M raised at 10p and this sits at 6.8p.
Interesting Company and I’m doubtful they’ll de-list, too many future commitments as a listed Company to easily de-couple from the markets, and to what end?
All this needs is the market getting behind this unique Company and a re-valuation.
A little bit of patience required and this Company could surprise investors.
Well as expected / hoped we have approval . Funds raised at 10p per share and the outstanding loan with ROX converted to shares at the same price….
Just need confirmation of remaining as a plc and surely the SP jumps to double digits…. If not before. Gla
Hopefully a takeover bid will happen before this happens. If de-listed, then can see SND being re-listed in U.S. at some stage where the true value can be recognised. ROX would be happy to make 100% + on their investment at 10p outlay IMO. Quite happy to hold for now.
Is this getting de listed or not ?

A low of 2.49
And a closing price of 10.25.
Can anyone shed any light please???

Wouldn`t say impatient as a lot have made over 100% profit on this in a short period. Sold 90% of My holding Yesterday and looking to get back in again if it drops more. If not, then will move on and leave remaining shares to ride out the next chapter. Still believe it is worth 15p plus though, that`s very conservative.
Guess there’s inpatient people selling

Remember SilverBridge in 2022, JSE listed .
ROX came in with finance and a delisting requirement.
Eventually the delisting requirement was waived but not before insiders had picked up shares.
Insiders have been buying here also.
All still to play for.
Whilst delisting is not mentioned in the RNS it is mentioned in the circular, with the "intention" that it take place within 6 months of the completion of the financing.
This IMHO is what is keeping the share price down at present, as effectively this company is now valued at less than the cash it will hold, ignoring completely the technology.
If insiders continue to buy at these prices then it is likely that this share will continue to rise, as to me that would indicate that the directors and ROX will have changed their minds and consider it more worthwhile to remain listed than delist.
I'm quite sure that there are a number of outfits circling this looking to chip away at the armour that ROX have created around it.
Also worth considering that ROX are only worth around $43M at NAV, so the investment in Sondrel at around $10M will form a disproportionately large part of their portfolio. Any significant increase in the price above 10p, or bid considerably above that price would I think be tempting for them.
Ramping as they say does nothing to the share rice it’s just someone thats excited
Back in your box david
You're a ramping fool
SBD is not ramp. Its reality 10p subscription is for a reason. Under 10p is a joke price..DYOR.

Probably bought in at 7p range and now worried there will be a retrace as rise has stopped. Agree 10p range will happen at some stage, but can see a slight dip before that happens.
He's just a serial ramper with no integral knowledge of any stock he comments on.
Beware.

Totally agree. With interest from the US side can see this doing very well over the coming months. Lets see what effect the US have over the coming sessions. My money is on up and shortly going to be over 7p imo, too much demand
All those who sold around here will just re buy later when it goes higher again, i'm not selling any of my goldern tickets to anyone.

I'm baffled why it's so hard to grasp the objectives. ROX have negotiated an agreement with Curran (who with almost half the company effectively controls what happens). They don't want to own the company, they want to spend a couple of years getting it on track to be an an absolute industry powerhouse then list in the US where it will be properly valued. Delisting is essential otherwise despite progress the SP is likely to languish on AIM and reduce the price at which the US listing happens. To me it seems pretty simple if you're willing to hold delisted shares for a couple of years.
