No it was a sell. I was doing dummy sells at that time and the MMs would take 15m in one hit.

Thanks coldfeet. Very interesting. This explains now the lack of any news this year. Cap-xx are no longer required to inform the market. Also TR1s are no longer required so we'd have no idea if Cooley, DH, etc are increasing or decreasing their holdings.

Graham, I think (but could be wrong), although Australian, Cap-XX still need to adhere to rules on the London market.

Also for non-UK issuers, thresholds are 5, 10, 15, 20, 30, 50, and 75%. However I seem to remember someone digging something up that entities from Switzerland might be exempt.

What's also worth noting is Schurter voluntarilay informed CAP-XX of their holding and CAP-XX in turn the market. So whatever is going on is in a 'friendly' manner.

Anyway interesting times ahead by the looks of it!

AI estimates Schurter to be worth $940m. So if Capvis do IPO Schurter then it will be way more than $300m.

Halt in trading and then re-open at 2p, we can but dream.

VR let's assume your theory is correct that Schurter are taking over CAP-XX. What would this look like for shareholders - what wouod be the worst case outcome? On the other board someone mentioned 50% premium which would be around 0.3p.

I'd be mightily peed off if that happened.
