Spread closing up, possible attack on 1p this pm.
That's a good name for him, I refer to him as EerlofTwit, since he never know anything about the shares he's pumping or trashing. He's a big twit.
The thing is with supercaps is that they are very thin and small and last for many years making them ideal for countless remote devices in the IoT market. Once supercaps and energy harvesting finally go mainstream they will relplace most devices that use batteries. Your tv remote will have a small solar cell and supercap and you'll never need to use batteries, etc, etc. Also the design in phase in electronics takes many years. CAP-XX are already far advanced in this process with many companies. If a new tech / solution does come along, first it will need to be proved and then that will have to go through the same lengthy design in. In the meantime supercaps are evolving and optimising - Ionic collaboration as an example.
HY update should be before end of Feb so we should see more detailed forecasts then. Currently forecasts are only short term so it will be interesting to see extended projections based on all the new sales channels and collaborations.
Bongo, 0.7p was a great entry price.
Newuncle, Spire are still using CPX, this was confirmed not too long ago. They also moved production to China to enable larger volumes as well as heavily recruiting a year or so ago. They have established quite a team now. I'm very excited by this as if the US healthcare system accepts amd adopts this solution it will drive huge orders for sure.
I've also been following SpireHealth and their remote monitoring is becoming quite established now. It's just waiting for mass adoption in the US healthcare system.

Actually Allenby and CPX have a very disjointed relationship. I know they have been far from happy with the CPX management in the past.
Hogbog in time those figures should be blown out the water. My old target was 20p but I'm still expecting it to come back to 10p and then I will be saying good bye to the AIM cesspit for good.
Nice start today with mostly large buys. The stock is coming back in favour again. This year will see a strong reversal in fortunes for the company and share price.
Tdm to be fair to the Wobbler that link was posted yesterday by Barnacle, hence 'old news'.
Huddlestone's sell just printed from yesterday.
314, technically the jury is instructed to deal with the facts and the judge must decide the law. Factually the correct inventors weren't referenced, but as we know the law in patent cases shows this is not material. That's why CAP-XX are appealing - so the judge can decide if the law has been applied correctly or not.
A little background on the appeals process:
Appeals are decided by panels of three judges working together. The appellant presents legal arguments to the panel, in writing, in a document called a "brief." In the brief, the appellant tries to persuade the judges that the trial court made an error, and that its decision should be reversed. On the other hand, the party defending against the appeal, known as the "appellee," tries in its brief to show why the trial court decision was correct, or why any error made by the trial court was not significant enough to affect the outcome of the case.
How long do federal appeals take? Generally speaking, it can take anywhere between a few months and two years for the appeals court to render a decision. Based on current time frames and our own experience, it’s not unreasonable to expect the appeals process to last about a year or more.
Looks like there is another seller lurking. Can't even sell £500 on HL.
Ihatesushi and EarlofTwit the founts of all un-knowledge.
EarlofTwit, 10th January posted this:
"Looks like huge placing will need to raise cash to pay court fees.....
business is not looking that good.
cpx will need a huge contract or raise money to pay for court fees.
at the moment cpx rely on Australian government handouts, with the AUSSIE handout this would be bust......."
What a twit.
Somebody had the hoover out this morning on full power.
Morning Newuncle, you can come back now :-)
