MMs got the defib out and restarted.
It's an odd one alright, around £30k dumped at almost certainly a huge loss.
It looks like a PI has thrown in the towel this morning. A lot of trades with £6 at the end which is the broker fee on a lot of platforms.
A quick google on the Delaware court site says 30 days so we'll know one way or the other soon.
The two patents collectively are owed royalties from years 2011 - 2019.
Newuncle I think you underestimate the size of the payout possible here - with wilful infringement (times 3 of what's awarded) it could easily be in the tens of millions, so still every incentive to appeal if they think it can be overturned.
It wasn't out of date when they first contacted them. They bothered because it's important to defend their IP. Why bother with Cornell Dubilier? Why bother with Ioxus? Etc, etc. Do you see where I'm going with this?
Oh look company Xyz is using our tech, never mind we won't bother.
Bizarre post by Earl. Total nonsense. It's like he knows nothing about the company and hasn't ready any RNSs.
He is doing a very good job and in time this is going to be a valuable and profitable company.
I'd be surprised if stale bulls are exiting at this price. Most (me included) will be waiting for 10p plus again.
Pre open down 45%.
Bigger buys now, 2 x 500k.
Indeed MikeCc, significant upside which will only grow. Broker targets are only conservative at the moment based on short term visibility. Once the market is updated with long term prospects expect broker targets and share price to increase accordingly.
Should be a cracking 18-24 months!
Lucky people topping up down here, wish I had a few more quid to load up at these prices.
That's a different story, that was because Ioxus were found to be wilfully infringing which is a very serious charge. That's why the court also awarded CAP-XX their court fees back.
Baffle you are talking out of your a-hole.
All court fees to date have already been paid by CAP-XX to their lawyers. CAP-XX did not enter into an arrangement with legal funding for no-win, no fee. All fees have been paid directly to the lawyers. The only unknown will be IF CAP-XX have to pay an additional amount for Maxwell's legal fees. However it seems due to the 'American rule' that this is unlikely.
Perhaps we could have a whip round, 100 shareholders, £50k each ought to do it. Anyone got Lars phone number?
"Case Assigned to Judge Jennifer L Hall. Please include the initials of the Judge (JLH) after the case number on all documents filed. (Text entry; no document attached."
Case assigned? I thought it had already been reassigned to her....intriguing...maybe! Something still rumbling perhaps.
Have you posted on the wrong board? What on earth are you on about?
The force is strong in this share.
