Lovely buying today. The bid was stubbornly stuck on 1.7 all day but just ticked up to 1.8.

Poor form on not asnwering a single question. It's also noticeable that 10% of shares voted against the resolutions. Clearly a lot of dissatisfaction out there.

The 13:15 trade wasn't mid price. The bid/ask was .23/.24 at the time. The sell was at .2302 so virtually at the bid.

All but one of the timestamps look like sells.

Darron Giddens, the CFO has taken on part time work as a contract CFO. Obviously there isn't enough work to do at CLCO, so that doesn't bode well.

Parkez, it's one of the resolutions that you can vote for with your broker. Also they want to re-apppint Pat Elliot as a director. I've voted against both.

VR is that the current Constitution? Are there any accompanying notes for the AGM explaining what each resolutiin is for?

They company want to change their constitution at the AGM next week. Does anyone know what this means or why they would want to do it?

I took this to mean that the tech can be manufactured easily anywhere in the world, hence not worrying about tariffs. If you can manufacture in the US you won't be subject to tariffs. Lars also mentioned Cap-XX products won't be caught up in the global politics.

Also in the podcast a while ago Lars said he thinks Cap-XX will be unrecognisable from what it is now in 3 years time. So they really must have something.

Parkez, is the date of that patent descriptiom from around September 2024 by any chance? That's when the 'two further patents' were filed.
