Come on CLCO let's be having you. We're already at the end of H1 2024!
Hi RP, I'm intrigued about Cannacord shorting - do you think they were flushed out, do you think they're happy being out of CAP-XX ?
Is it the putrid musk of the hot air emanating from your backside?
It's not the first time CPX have done an out of hours placing.
And are you still holding?
I don't think Downing Strategic Investment Trust were even invested in CLCO.
Twodgrees where are you seeing this? I can't see an RNS on any platform?
Just hope Cooley doesn't hit us in the goolies. Mine are already still tender from last week.
RD - not that I doubt you, but do you know for sure that Cannacord have been shorting CPX? If true then another possibility is this has been orchestrated to flush them out, since the BOD are fed up with the supressed price (and therefore limiting their equity raising) due to Cannacord's antics?
Fair points annie / Itsagame / RP. We'll just have to see what comes out in the wash. To some extent I'm still living in denial. Let's see what happens next week. Have a good weekend everyone.
Again I ask - if this is true why are Cannacord selling out at a massive loss? You'd think they would be closer to what's gking on here.
At the end of the day the company is broke so then of course the sp will tank.
But then why did Cannnacord sell out. They obviously don't believe the situation will be resolved.
3.14 I imagine CPX will carry on in some guise after shareholders have been wiped out.
Indeed annie, this is puzzling. Also why do Maxwell need more time to work out their costs. Either they know their costs or they don't. Why do Maxwell need more time? It can't be financial because whatever Cpx owe Maxwell would be peanuts compared to Tesla's revenue. Surely Cpx going into admin is inconsequential to Maxwell/Tesla.
That's more than 3% of the company sold in one go. So expect a TR1. They obviously have no faith that this will be resolved.
No I think Laura has it over on the CPX board.
I struggle to understand the synergies of Tesla owning CAP-XX. The licenses are invalid and in any case had already expired. Presumably then they would immediately repackage the company and sell it straight on. Else why bother owning a company that's only making 7m turnover?
Apparently there is a link to a joint venture between CPX amd DGI in collaboration with Tesla. Anyone heqrd anything?
You too JTyler, it's looking like the end of an era here. 7 years obsessing over this share and nothing to show for it. Very sad but that's life.
