Either the last two RNS are badly worded or we have been given a rogering
£160k cleared by the issue of 3m shares? Thats 5.33p per share!
Id love to read the agreement that BoD were happy to sign
They'd need to sell a lot by Thursday or we will get a TR1 RNS when the shares are admitted.
Not that I understand this RF facility much if at all (and always prided myself that I would on these areas), We gave 2.9million shares leaving £0.8 million outstanding and now 3million shares leaving £0.64 million outstanding. Am I missing something obvious here.
You are assuming they sold all the previous 2.9 million already.
Something does not ADD UP ... ?
They were granted 2.9M shares and then were owed around 800K
They have now sold the 2.9M and been granted 3M but we now owe 640K
RF would have sold the 2.9M abouve 10p which is therefore greater than 290K ... so why have we only deducted £160K from the running total ????? .... Where's the accountant when you need one, cus Parkers maths is as bad as his Financial abilities !!!!
Nice to see you again here Stach - all the best.
..... RF could also be the initials for "Royally .....d"
(Still under Morphine ingestion so possibly my little grey cells a tad jumbled!)
Wow burning through the shares fast wont be long until they are gone and about time GLA....
Hi thought not seen u on here for while glad u coming your troubles m8
At a big cost though. I reckon another 3 million needed plus the warrants. Personally, I cant think about how they got the company into this position. 40% more share for approx £4million. it beggers belief.
Lutonnews...
Hello there.I am pleased you are still here! I have had tough time over last three and a half years after having radiotherapy and then covid twice so have not kept with the shares very much.Having bought 40k of shares two trading days ago, just now have added 60k again. If F-2a matrializes, this share will truly fly.I am also suprised that Tim Mittchel is still at the helm.Obviously I have missed huge rise in share price and now back to pennies but I have always believed in SAR's CHK- 1 Inhibitor that it would come to the Clinic.By the way, there seems to be very low number of shares in issue now so the price movements could be quite sharp. ATB-Stach
Looks like they are pushing to get shut of RF.👍👍
And there there they are, my calc were out though. 101 million shares in issue. I think thy might have forward sold upto 500k today. More drag on the sp but if they can be sold above 15p that will help greatly.
Sareum Holdings plc
("Sareum" or the "Company")
Issue of RiverFort Subscription Shares
Cambridge, UK, 15 April 2024 - Sareum Holdings plc (AIM: SAR), a clinical-stage biotechnology company developing next-generation kinase inhibitors for autoimmune disease and cancer, announces that it has issued 3,000,000 new Ordinary Shares in the capital of the Company to RiverFort Global Opportunities PCC Ltd ("RiverFort"), in accordance with the terms of the Facility as announced on 3 August 2023.
The Company has an outstanding balance of circa £0.64 million under the Facility. Any balances pursuant to the Facility are not due for repayment until August 2025 (the "Maturity Date") and the Company expects to settle all balances by the issuance of Subscription Shares or by cash prior to the Maturity Date.
As noted in Sareum's announcement of 28 March 2024, the Company does not intend to make any further withdrawals pursuant to the Facility with RiverFort.
Admission and Total Voting Rights
Application has been made to the London Stock Exchange plc for the admission of 3,000,000 new Ordinary Shares to trading on AIM ("Admission"). It is expected that Admission will occur at 8.00 a.m. (London time) on or around Thursday 18 April 2024.
Immediately following Admission, the total number of Ordinary Shares in issue will be 101,578,309 and the total number of voting rights will therefore be 101,578,309, and this figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the share capital of the Company under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
RNS just dropped
A decent buy.
Hopefully they will be forward sold so not to stifle the upward trajectory. The difference between it's and selkz today probably means we will see a afterhours sell. Best we can hope, when they are finally out is 100 million shares in issue.
Money is still owed to Riverfort and they also have warrants. So, they are definitely still in the picture here,
B.
Is RF completely gone now ? would we receive RNS to state that if it has not happened yet ?
We're not far off phase 2a and at todays exchange rate. That could mean a £228 million mc or a, £2.40 per share SP.
Phase 1 SDC-1801 vs Brepocitinib which JR spoke about here: https://youtu.be/1x1_ktQPLik?feature=shared&t=3470
Brepocitinib has been making some waves lately and recently pulled good results in Lupus our pre clin data looks really good for 1801/1802, same with TLL-018 In RA head to head with Tofa which we have some good early data where SDC-1801 (SAR20347) absolutely smashed Tofa.

Biotech valuations at different stages of trials. Lot of assumptions here, notwithstanding the drag the AIM seems to add but with 3 coupound on the go we should be able to match if not exceed these valuation stages. https://www.baybridgebio.com/drug_valuation.html
Same thoughts as you potnak
There is plenty of wax left on the candle here. A bit of momentum reclaiming some of the lost ground that was solely due to the RF debacle. Then some positive news and the SP should take off again.
Easy to calculate the potential here if the science holds up. 10 x the current MCap from current still looks very cheap when you consider the deals with regard to similar compounds that have been previously completed within the sector.
Hopefully those long termers that have held tight and those averaged down along the way will end up with a smile on their face after such a terrible time as of late.

Is it fair to presume any recent shorts are now closed? There are a few short trackers on the web but I don't see any evidence PH had a short unless it was below the threshold for declaring it.

A steady daily climb of 10% will do nicely.
