Why not a billion? The science data will do the talking and no one knows what that is funny guy .... hopefully we are over our financial nightmare.
Big pharma will look at data and go with it....lots of other tyk2 drugs to check data with, efficacy and safety wise. The two geeks might be rubbish at finance but the science I trust they will be good at...
Hopefully news on CHK soon.....
Considering the current SAR performance, you would be bonkers not to take a price of 200-300m. I have little confidence that the results will propel this into the billions, its track record has been woeful and every turn it has disappointed. However, its not unrealistic with a bit of market spin this could get to a pound in a short time. To me sar is now definitely a short term play
"If P1 results are as good as many think they will be, then I would not take £225m (280 US in £). The potential is too great".
That's as maybe but you would be firkin crazy to turn this down.
Sorry been away, but, as I've previously advised, RMM attended the AGM and we spoke - given his year's of attendance at such, I'd be surprised if he has moved on, probably waiting on news of P1a data as we all are now!
@ Silverfoil - reference Laura Williamson, remember she wasn't even introduced to us, just appeared as a footnote on a RNS. didn't engage or say a "dickey bird" at the AGM - probably sums it up!
@ Laz2 - I'm very much for Shareholder representation with BoD and yes as a bit of jest, I have read Animal Farm, also, seen Trading Places, hopefully Eddie Murphy is in our camp!!
@ Stach - you've probably still got me filtered, but, hopefully you're recovering well!
That said, I await comment from the BoD which currently is a Wall of Silence, not even a quoted comment in the RNS's - all opinion I know but there's where my investment lies, including my recent addition which I never thought I would be buying!!
GLA
I raised this question several weeks ago but RMM never replied so probably move£ on.
has he left the building?
if not i would love to see his *** box calculations and potential predictions.
if you would be so kind
👍
I'd accept a US280m offer tomorrow! Would be a 22 bag for those participating in the Wrap.

Tell me about it NAV_Mike!!
I sold my small (£5k) holding in Shanta for a small (£500) profit just before the result of the vote to chuck it all in here at the last raise (and so far it was the best decision!)
Had not been invested long (around a year or so) but really feel for those who backed the company for many years only to now get utterly robbed just as the 'spoils' finally arrived!
(I'm heavily invested in GGP too (just over 2m shares) so just hoping and praying that we don't get similarly shafted!?)
Mattyboy, it’s a case of, what’s next around the World. One bit of good news though, Energy companies are dropping the price of Gas as we are nearing Summer, I laughed when I heard it from the MSM. Ha
And there are 4 MMs on 18-19.50
Even L2 is colour blind today...buys are consistently showing in red 😂
Strike that its more like 15/1 or everyone vs RF .....
Yep Pot looking like 5/1 buys vs sells and some good size buys going through today.
Looking at the volume. There could be another 500k RF sells today. Approx £80k off the balance?
mattyboy
no!!! please dont mention that one....worst shafting by a bidder ive ever experienced. at the current gold price the thieving ******s will be rolling in $$$
''I believe we are in the worst times as a investor for a long times, corruption appears everywhere''.
100% agree carter19!
(Just ask Shanta Gold SHs!!! 😡🤬😡)
Yes, my top up of 17,004 shares today at 12.22pm is also shown as a sell. I can confirm it's a buy.
The trade just before 1 pm today for 30794 shares in not a sell as shown but in fact a buy
It's mine - maybe madness and took some persuading of Mrs Falkirk - she has no idea how much I could have sold my shares for back in 2021
Did have 1.8 million back then but have more than doubled my holding (and halved my average) from 26000 with this purchase today.
Here's hoping it gets back to those giddy heights of 2021 - i would take £2 now rather than £4
Sareum is chasing a mega $60 billion annual market with SDC1801. So, don't discount a major player making an approach to Sareum soon about licencing SDC 1801.
When you digest the numbers below they really do make a compelling investment case for a licencing deal.
Data from the current trial in Australia is imminent. It's what we've been waiting all these years for....
* Psoriasis affects approximately 125 million people globally, which is about 2.2% of the worldwide population.
* Psoriasis Treatment Market size is expected to be worth USD 60.5 billion by 2032.
* Around 1.7% of the UK population are affected by psoriasis, according to researchers at The University of Manchester.
* There is currently no cure for psoriasis, but treatment can bring about the complete or nearly complete remission of skin lesions. The effectiveness of current treatments hints at a possible cure in the future. Is this going to be the career defining opportunity for messrs Mitchell and Reader?
A $60 billion market is a pretty good investment case for backing Sareum woudn't you say....
Good luck, Brighty
Hi Brighty, I agree. However that only applies if SDC1801 is a better therapeutic, otherwise the NHS, it’s equivalents and health insurance providers will be inclined to prescribe the generic off patent drugs which are always significantly cheaper.
Don’t forget that patent expirations in the pharma sector are on the horizon for many of the major companies in our industry. “Patent cliffs" are a growing opportunity for much smaller bios, such as SAR. e.g. Johnson & Johnson‘s psoriasis treatment, Stelara, has annual sales of over $7 billion and targets psoriasis, psoriatic arthritis and Crohn’s disease and its patent appears be expiring in the next 2-3 years. Great news for Sareum's SDC1801.....
Good luck, Brighty
So I think that accounts for the drop from £800k owed to £640k.
In 4 days between RNSs now 1.7m late trades reported, by my calculations would be worth about £160k off balance (under vwap rule). If this is correct it means the 825k from yesterday has already been taken off the balance. This would make sense, since RF would know how many they were selling yesterday before anyone else!
Yesterdays late reported in 825k shares RF balance dropping fast...
Ah well Nathsprof we will have to agree to disagree.
