Me too. It must be close now…
I hope you are right HBD. But, after the rollercoaster ride Sareum has had I’m being cautious with any nearer term share price predictions.
Have a good evening.
Bill
I also have 75p in mind. It’s where the price was before Riverfort came along, accounting for the 50% or so dilution since then.
Because the deal with Riverfort worked out badly and had the share price in a death spiral. Additionally Riverfort stopped the flow of funds to Sareum and they were at risk of going under. That is thankfully now behind Sareum, hence the share price lifting.
Correction. Should have read: Yes, that is correct. They need the funds to plan for and then execute the P2a trial and fund business operating expenses in the meantime. I’m expecting a raise in the Autumn.

Hello HBD,
If Sareum runs a successful phase 2a trial, I think the business could be worth 500-600 million dollars in a takeover situation. To get to this point there will be further dilution to raise funds for the trial and general operating expenses. Assuming that P1a is successful and the funds are raised at a higher share price, the dilution would be such that we would be looking at about a £3.40 to £4.00 share price.

HBD. Only invest what you can afford to loose.
B.
About 2.4 million, of which about 400,000 are in an ISA.
We need to bear in mind that we are now close to 50% dilution from before the Riverfort deal. We need to take this into account for expected figures for any correction.....
Yes it does - all that is left are their warrants.
B.
3,000,000 new shares issued to Riverfort
Hello SOG,
Yes, I did contact Sareum directly using the info@ email address and did suggest at the time that anyone else interested in investing did the same.
I ended up taking part in the placing and then the WRAP offer. I think the reason I got folded into the placing was down to the amount I was offering to invest in one go, which was substantial.
Bill.
I also bought more - another £20K worth today.
B.
This will be 30-40p by the end of next week....
B.
Money is still owed to Riverfort and they also have warrants. So, they are definitely still in the picture here,
B.
£30k
I agree Lazarus, that there are some 'jittery' shareholders on here. :-)
I believe Potnak is including the shares from thew recent placing and WRAP offer. Which Sareum had to put in place to make up for the funds it now won't be getting from Riverfort. Under the circumstances I think this is a fair way to sum things up.
Bill.
Ok then, Preyno. Here is the message I sent you:
Good morning, Preyno
I'm pleased that you enjoyed the Red Lion at Hinxton. I've only had good experiences there.
Its my work that takes me to the Cambridge area (I'm in Surrey) but as of now there isn't anything going on there that requires my presence. At the moment most of the activity is in Europe and the USA.
But, I'll let you know when this changes.
Thank you,
Bill
