In answer to an earlier comment you made, accounting for this morning RNS, there are now 14,353,213 warrants outstanding to be exercised.

I'm still holding all my warrants and have no plans to exercise them unless there is a buyout.

HBD, if the sells were from the Institution, they still have 4,650,000 remaining, which is 3.41% of the issued share capital, meaning they will need to file a TR1. They would need to sell an additional 600,000 shares to drop below the 3% threshold.

Provided the toxicology study results are good, Sareum will be valued in the hundred of millions in a buyout situation.

I'm not sitting on 2.95%. I'm planning on buying more soon. Trying to decide whether to buy myself and go over the 3% threshold. Or, buy more shares using family members to stay under that threshold.

In the tox studies will take 3 months to run and I assume they are starting any time now. Plus some additional time for the data analysis.

Its very encouraging to see a $1B plus deal for an asset going through phase 1. 'If' Sareum can do a similar deal it would suggest a share price of about £5.50 to £6.30 a share after all of the warrants and options have ben taken into account.

Still holding all my shares....

Hello Potnak, they are looking to run a 16 week (4 month) tox study. This will allow a 16 week P2 trial to take place. The bottom line is is will be Q2 next year when we have the detail tox study results.

Per my earlier message, I will now definitely be buying more shares.

There are milestone payments adding up to $290M due tot he Cancer Pioneer Fund (CPF), of which SAR are due 27.5%. The milestones kick in from dosing of a first patient through progress with P2, P3 trials and product launch.

There are also royalties payable of which SAR also receive 27.5%

Like I said in an earlier post - It can be nice to dream.

Its nice to dream about where the share price could go to. I'm strongly of the opinion that the company is worth at least £1 as things stand today. But, the long shadow of RF has resulted in a disconnect between true value and the share price.

I'm now sitting on about 3.6M shares. Hoping to buy more in December when I'll have more funds available.

"if you give your mates 15M shares and warrants 1-1 without conditions attached I bet that they will sell out their initial stakes for a 20% profit and will probably then use the proceeds to purchase their warrants"

I'm holding all of my placing shares (not selling) and when and if I choose to exercise them, I'll be buying my warrants with new money.
