So gold back to $2,395. $2,400 about to fall again.
Very good for Bilbale.
DYOR
Yes pushing higher again and only a matter of hours before it break that $2400 significant barrier, and if it hold that level then there is no reason why it should not go on to $2500 before end of this month ? then i suppose most junior miners especially those are already mining or will be mining ST like RRR should not start to reflect this phenomenon in there SP whether people like it or not... we are going to produce gold shortly...
Some interesting chatter : There is interest in RRR Australia?
Meantime, SUNDAY CREEK'S OWNER, SXG rose again to A$2.31 , Mkt Cap :A$210m. LoL, after Shaw & Partners put out a price target of A$2.61 and initiation, the stock rises.
Since Mr Bell, Chairman of RRR Australia said the CPR is due after signature and that it is potentially out for an IPO, sale, JV etc. Whoever is potentially going to JV, IPO, sale etc, they are GOING TO OWN 1 OF THE HOTTEST gold exploration ground in Australia and evidenced by the MKT CAP of SXG who only own 49% of Sunday Creek, Victoria, Oz. Exploration target for Sunday Creek is only 1.6moz gold. Canadians are clamouring to buy SXG in Canada and dual listing has been RNS'ed. RRR AUSTRALIA: FOR ALL THE CRITICISM , RRR'S KILMORE, NEXT DOOR TO SUNDAY CREEK is a tremendous success. Kilmore was a MINING TOWN and when the gold RAN out, they went to SUNDAY CREEK. Paul Johnson commissioned work to find out if SUNDAY CREEK MINIERATION ===CONTINUES===INTO RRR/POW'S KILMORE. RESULT: APPEARS IT DOES eg DONNYBROOK WITH 200g/t gold vs Sunday Creek 199g/t gold. Helpful showed Sunday Creek's Mar 2024 presentation and the grades found have gone even higher. Sunday Creek --11km of strike potentially and SXG still drilling. Well, KILMORE was the 1st gold mining town BEFORE Sunday Creek and if BOTH were mining towns, how did co's not get in before RRR Australia ? Ah, Andrew Bell is or was an Australia and his Gramps was a Victoria miner. So, he knows how to get licences of interest and what a licence to have.
Only 3 trades so far in nearly 3 hours should tell us how desperately short they are for RRR stocks, and that tomorrow can't come quick enough for the MM IMO, if that's what they are waiting on ? FK knows'' as I and others was hoping that it was DL or someone close to AB that put up that £260k and would have no reason to sell them in the Market for silly money if these RNS is imminent ? not only that we see an unusual 16666 sell trade trade @ 0.05 yesterday that instantly push the price up 4.5% i called it the sea saw effect, that could also mean the bottom have been reach, and the only way is up'' although we cannot second guess the Market, but intelligent reasoning is a important tool, if you possess it..
we will see what happen before closed tonight and at the start of trading tomorrow if whoever bought that 500m worth will start to off load some because as far as I can see, nothing have been forward sold, if we consider how quiet it has been on the trading front since that £260k funding has been announced, so i see it as a positive for the SP going forward

There is chatter at 21:50, 16.4.24 relating to RRR Bilbale relating to a "VALUATION"?? Please note the " " to the valuation. So, wondering if this is correct or not. Posting to run it past anyone who knows? Thanks. 17.4.24.
FK knows NEW'' but in the POW presentation 1 of the attendant did pose a question, saying RRR Australia IPO would value it's now 100% at £20m about 30x where our SP is right now'' and seems PI--ssed that POW is selling there 49% to us for some reason, but was assured that POW shareholders will still own shares in any IPO considered by AB..
but apart from that'' perhaps HELP would know a bit more about this relevant question you pose
Regards
I can't see the post you are referring to but....
Willem is a production geologist not a valuation analyst. I have not seen his report but likely he will be commenting on how much gold he thinks is there: alluvial, colluvial and hard rock. What needs to be done to bring the alluvial into production and the best way to go about it and a mine plan or development plan. They said, there are at least four areas and so there there is a lot to be done. Likely it will be a HQ camp and then satellite camps.
Each area will need its own pond and maybe or maybe not need a bore hole.
There are problems with a valuation for Burkina Faso: in my view a valuation will be irrelevant. The best way to realise value is to simply produce the gold and sell it. I doubt that any valuation or offer for it will come anywhere near what can be realised by producing it.
Another issue with a valuation is that the alluvial is likely a short life project 3/4 years and so you wouldn't get the higher valuation you would on similar assets with 7 year plus life. Alluvial is also not regarded as "sexy", I don't know why in my book money is money.
The best valuation you could make is estimate the gold in place, estimate what it costs to recover it and then do a DCF based on an assumed gold price. No one is going to give us the DCF price though.
NB it is likely that the hard rock is several times larger than the alluvial. To max out the gold recovery we need a crusher to recover the "fixed" gold. You must also remember that we have another five licences in train.

Thanks Maidit308 for your answer. Ah, it was at a POW presentation - I am not sure they mean £20m or A$20m, the latter of which is the MINIMUM mkt cap an Aussie IPO must be priced at. First Equity mentioned this as well. We need to await news on the A$ or £. Most private investors will think it is £20m because often it is NOT spelled out Australian $, US$ or £. NOT SURPRISING that some got the wrong idea ie POW investors that will NOT have a share in the new IPO.
Chatter on the other forum is that DL may be taking RRR Australia forward.]?
And the same chatter also said that DL's "valuation" is US$10m for Bilbale. It is on an open RRR forum, hence why I am posting it here to see if Help will confirm or it is just the poster's wrong hearing of the two subject matters.
Tues, 17.4.24. P.S. One can work out a "valuation" if one knows the OUTPUT, price sold etc. From revenue projections , it is quite easy to put forward a potential valuation ie how many times EBITDA etc. Quite standard.
NIA. DYOR. Wait to see what Help says.?
News, it was my suggestion that DL get involved with RRAL. If he wants to take it forward, then great. We need some of these things off AB's plate.
I am not sure why he would put a valuation of $10mil on Bilbale or how he would get to that figure or even why he would want to put a figure on it.
Do some numbers, look at the spreadsheet in the Faso presentation on the RRR website. Once we have the production licence we can step the production up. In the meantime, we do the test mining to identify areas of high grade and map the resource. The licence is 180 km2 and so is large. The alluvial deposit was created by the Black Volta which used to flood the whole area. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Black_Volta
https://www.graphic.com.gh/news/general-news/black-volta-overflow-over-5000-people-displaced-by-buipe-floods.html
My view of value based on what can be produced is significantly higher than $10mil but as I said no one is going to pay you $10mil for it.
DYOR
Anyway, chin up folks something has to happen soon whatever that may be. Burkina Faso has been valued by DL as worth $10 million to Red Rock about the same as Musonoi is worth. DLs' Mining company, he is Chairman of Down Under, might just be thinking of interesting themselves in NBGC we shall see. My feeling is that AB has it at the back of his mind.
Found this on ADVFN; how he would know that DL has valued Burkina Faso at $10mil is beyond me.
DYOR
This chap who posted the info on the other RRR stock forum posts on this site as well but has NOT done so for a little while.
However, most of the time, he has not been very positive. IF, he is hearing from somewhere, the only place is via a potential 3rd party ie blogs of some sort etc. Not sure, hence why I ran it past Help.
A reasonable intelligent answer there HELP'' and as close as anyone could get to some kind of truth
and the wait continues....

Love the optimism.
FASO minerals laid accounts in late March for the period to 30th June 23.
They spent £71,352 on the licence and have £208,770 in creditors. Net liabilities £137,418.
I think you need a lot more information before chucking around $10m valuations.
Let's see what the next RNS brings.
Quiet on DRC and 200 tonnes I almost thought did they ever happen ? Let's hope FASO fairs better and is not a similer mirage.
Banbury, doesn’t look like anyone is buying any of Helpfuls bullsh1_t cos by god he’s trying to sell it ! Can fool some of the people sone of the time but you can’t fool all of the people all of the time ! Let’s be honest he’s only talking in 10 millions now not billions 😂😂😂😂😂😂 Progress haha
RRR has never got anything over the line in the many years I've watched it. FASO might be different but the holy trinity of Lundy / News and maidit seem to think FASO is home and hosed.
Helpful has set the standard by his pronouncements
- 5,000 ounces net to RRR
- $550 costs per ounce
- 1,100 tonnes per hour throughput.
Just like we should judge RRR by its Lithium exports we can judge Help by his numbers.
“….holy trinity….”
Don’t you mean hopeless trinity?
TDT
Dukey, tell me again how no one was going to buy Musonoi at any price and how RRR was never going to get licences in Kenya reissued!
As I said flow: revenue is a flow and capital is a stock. Accounting 101 numpty: even the partially qualified resident accountant that can confirm that.
Bilbale is in three phases: phase 1 the flown in kit, phase 2 the kit sent by ship, phase 3 post issuance of the production permit. Phase 1 & 2 are test production. Once phase 1 & 2 are in place revenue will tens of millions per month.
It won't be optimised till phase 3 is in place and we have installed a crusher. Some gold will be fixed, hence why we will need the crusher.
I may be wrong; I did say no one is as dopey as you make out to be, I may be wrong.
DYOR
Only need $6 to break 2400 but it seems like it's taken forever'' may well surprise us tomorrow ?
Love it revenue tens of millions a month !
Let's say a modest $20m so $240m a year.
Gold at say $2,350 so he's revised his forecast from 5,000 ounces net to RRR to 8,500 ounces a month to RRR.
It's absolute Walter Mitty rubbish.
And meanwhile Bell is going out there as he trusts no one with the gold (Helpful comment) wow !!!
I know Lundy is an absolutely awful investment advisor but with these predictions he sounds about six years old. The comedy from his utterances get better.
Remember the same man said 1-5 million tonnes from Tin Hill it ended up 200 tonnes and we lost that. The bar is set very low for FASO.
The same revenue with Helpfuls informed all in cost of $550.
Means $160m per year profit for RRR. NPV let's say a billion.
Not bad for a licence that cost £72k.
Clearly RRR will soon make up for twenty years of failure.
We had similer debates on Lithium but never mind that. All about FASO now
Helpful a genuine question. With all this gold hopefully around do you have any idea what security AB will have around himself and around the sites? Are the sites surrounded by people?
