so what's everyone's wild guesses, hopes and serious suggestions of offer they expect ?
Group had a total bank facility of £126.5m, consisting of a five year term repayment loan of £31.5m which matures in June 2020 and a Revolving Credit Facility ('RCF') of £95.0m which is available until June 2020 and is renewable on a monthly basis. Covenant terms apply to the bank facilities comprising Interest Cover and Adjusted Leverage covenants. They have access to cash and also stated shares will be issued as well. I believe this is a done deal...
Holding 25k shares. They know what they have been offered and i believe we wont be waiting till 13th september for Offer
Found some spare cash to do a little top up. Just irresistible. Clinigen share price has risen which is a very strong indicator that we are vastly undervalued. Having announced it I just cannot see them letting this go. They will need to make a very worthwhile offer to land this because our BoD have done the hard restructuring bit already. Anyway 28 days to possibly wait. Personally I'm just going to wait for the offer. The trading update at the end of August will be very interesting and should show us making a very healthy profit.
only good news if they make an offer by 13/09, otherwise the SP will drop back down but like Robins said maybe that's not such a bad thing let us grow a bit now recovery is on and come back with double the price next year...
Guys have I got this right, premium from yesterday share price so that means also yesterday's clin share price and which has risen today, that's good news isn't it?
It's not too late imo, I think £1 or over on the card and considering rise of clinigan it's even better
Feeling pretty smug now I must say boys :-)
If there's any shorts they will cover so I'm expecting higher share price late today or tomorrow
Clin share is surging, they are offering cash and shares so my guess significant premium perhaps north of £1 otherwise if premium was low then surely just cash would of done the job
The institutions paid £1.00 for their shares on admission to aim and some of them will have got some at the last placing price of 34p. Those that paid £1.00 were promised double digit growth which never materialised. So what are they worth now? Well there is renewed confidence in the value of the product pipeline and they are exploring European expansion. I think this offer of interest has come too early for me in our recovery. I will be gutted with any offer under £1.00. I think I would like them to go away and come back in a year.
My worry is that Clin were preparing a bid when the qp. share price was around 40/50p hoping to pay a premium up to say 70/80p. Surely worth more!!
Why after this news of a possible offer is the share price dropping back? I have a average of £1.25 so hope the offer will be close to that. Do you think the news is not yet widely known or possible fear that the offer will be less than current price?
Clin likes it their share price rising
This share is 70% owned by institutional investors. They will be looking at a good return on an initial investment probably north of £1.30. The offer will not go through unless it's higher than that. Clingen will know that.
Just goes to show how good a job Chris Rigg has done, i doubt we'd be getting potentially interested parties at this point in time if we had the old regime in control
After that rns 77.50p is a bloody bargain
Perhaps some counter bid as well
Clin market cap over a billion and I don't know much about that company, surely they can afford over £1 a share
Agreed, and with the current CEO and board, i'm sure it will been, but i wasn't looking 18 months - 2 years down the line, my target was also based on my relatively small holding, and the price i bought in at, if i had a lot more at my buy in point i would top slice or hold for a much bigger gain. however, all bets are now off so to speak, and it's time to see what happens in the next few weeks, i was fortunate enough to have been in this situation with poundland in the past, and i did nicely out of that.
It's got to be worth a lot more then that
dam typo's..... i meant to say "and i wasn't expecting that UNTIL next year"
in the rgion of 94p was my target, and i wasn't expecting that next year, once we pass 83p i'm in healthy profit teritory however, and if i wanted to free up cash i'd not be too worried about taking the lower price. however, with that latest news, it looks like it's ll change !!
Shareholders will need to decide if the offer is acceptable. For an offer right now my target wold be around £1.30, but in reality this share will be worth far more in two years time
