This article shows you what has happened to lithium miners in Australia and many not yet in production . It is a likely but not certain path that PREM will follow .. Bu ttake a read and the call o nthis stock is will George get a deal to progress Zulu . In this climate is has to be an odds on bet that soem company will put money into PREM .

As we speak Australian Spot Spodumene hits $3100 and is heading up .
Yes Geroge has failed i nthe past , but what luck that EPO was delayed and now Spodumene and lithium carbonate are rocketing .
Next week is the last week of January , will there be news or not or rumours , what happened in last hour of trading friday . someone bought in blocks of £10,000 seven times.
Will they continue monday , exciting times . I agree in the scale of things MNH and RHA are a minor sideshow , so lets not be distracted . Lithium for PREM is giving a £1b current NPV at these high prices.
Please don't take this is my prediction news is coming next week as i don't think it will be next week , as i have now given up predicting , but 2022 Q1 should be superb
So much positivity SK..
Spod this and Australia companies that .
Sad reality is that Investors don’t forget !
GR has made mistakes and will continue to do so ..
A leopard doesn’t change their spots..
If you have given up forecasting then why mention Q1 is going to be superb bla bla.
Use that bat phone and tell GR to get some verified results out there ..
I hope I’m wrong but I’m starting to wonder if the samples show a lower grade than originally hoped for ! (Yes we know about omnicron and delays to lab etc , but labs are open)
Keep safe all
Buyers are not interested in GR but in the assets PREM is holding. Would still hope someone like to acquire PREM and take its of LSE. The best deal for us!!!
Morning Welshy. Couple of good posts.
You beat me to it, but I have to reiterate this is an absolute classic from Snowking. It made me chuckle.
"i have now given up predicting , but 2022 Q1 should be superb"
johnny, welshy et al...
hope you believe me when I say that I appreciate everyone's comments... I share some of your views on GR and the lack of progress so far but I do wonder how you see the next 12 months going and when you expect Prem to deliver a return on your investment?
Anyone who has been following PREM for the last 4 or 5 years will know that I'm not GR's biggest fan BUT I am optimistic (even confident!) that we're going to see a pay day soon.
Steward1 well said
Awesome thread. I agree SK, we will see someone put money into PREM this year, also because if we don't, GR will have succeded at being an explorer but failed as a business man (which has happened before). Plus all of us investors would have failed as that external investment is the only thing that will really make this SP move.
Let's stay positive, let's be careful with specific predictions but surely this must be our year.
Q1 accumulate, Q2 watch it pop if investments come in.
1p looks tricky but it is achievable if cards are played right! C'mon Zulu!
Morning Stew,
My thoughts as of today - please note this is on current sentiment and taking account the constant delays and pi@s poor communication .
I believe we will fail to announce a deal by mid feb ;this in turn will mean we will see another placing ..
( Keep an eye open for those 50k sells at COP ..)
£££ from last one will be running low so
GR will need additional finance to continue exploration works .
I just hope he decides to do it when SP is at peak and not the usual 0.17-0.18
This injection of money will put Prem in a stronger position to continue dialogue, ultimately with a deal being signed by mid March.
I can see us selling around 15% for 10 mill if test results are no better than original scope (just my own opinion before anyone jumps down my throat )
60% will be used to complete works with the remaining amount being used by GR to fulfill his dream - this action IMHO will cause the SP to lose most of the gains .
Hand on my heart I don’t see us hitting that 1p soon..
I see us getting to 0.6 Peak , then he will announce his acquisition of MNH and SP will drop to 0.4 ,over the remainder of the year we could if all being well with rest of exploration push back 0.8 by COP 2022.
We all know Spod prices and all that , but we are only worth what someone is willing to pay.
Above is just what I think , if we get verified result that show high quality , high % then it
Could break that 1p quite easily .
Have fun all , off to Ogmore for a walk !
We were given good grades a few months back, more overdue and new mapping of the area. I’m holding.
Welshy69 - your (personal) prediction of selling 15% for 10m (is that pounds or dollars). Best case is it’s pounds, which if you are talking about the whole of PREM, that’s equates to an equivalent market cap of £66m, and a share price of about £0.0033 - sounds a bit cheap to me?
Steward - my opinion, for what it's worth, is we will get a handful of assay results released early Feb and a small deal following shortly after. I don't think we will have another placing and I don't think results are being "held back" because of poor grades. This should increase SP to around the 0.5p mark. What happens short term after this depends on RHA and MNH. I'm not confident of a regular stream of results after this, so a lot will also depend on if the snail can speed up a bit on all fronts. If RHA and MNH are left alone, I am hopeful of 1p on completion of DFS - possibly more if the extended EPO area shows potential. All just IMO.
I'm not going to predict the months ahead, it's obvious GR is intent on buying MNH... even though the 2mil spent to generate income for PREM never materialised!!! I don't have a problem with RHA as long as the funding comes from a JV/offtake.
If anyone is to invest in Zulu for a small percentage, that money will be... ring fenced.
Wolf
Welshy,
Based on your assumptions in your earlier post, the acquisition of MNH and RHA would see SP drop from 0.6p to 0.4p, which in effect means they will knock £40m of PREM's market cap. I would agreed with your assumption based on the SP being 0.6p at that time.
In the event any further % of MNH or any monies being spent on RHA before the SP assumedly increases (assuming we actually get some results in the next week or two), I imagine the SP will drop back from the current 0.195p to around 0.15p.
Either way, the acquisition of or further investment in these phenomenal value adding projects (we need to remember GR told us MNH is potentially profitable) is likely to cost shareholders much more than just the price PREM pays, it will also hit them significantly in the value of the shares they hold.
I remember going to the London meeting on the 20th October in the expectation results from some of the holes would be provided. We are now over 3 months on and all we have had is that single hole. What a shambles.
And snowking, that you for predicting that you will no longer be making predictions in your earlier post. "Please don't take this is my prediction news is coming next week as i don't think it will be next week , as i have now given up predicting , but 2022 Q1 should be superb".

Johnny/Welshy - thanks for your views. Totally agree that RHA and/or MNH will muddy the water and I do hope that they will be put to bed. Pleasantly surprised that there's a scenario where you see the sp trebling this year! Personally, I'd be hoping for way more for 10% of Prem!
Well put, Bick - of course, it would be difficult put a value on how much the sp has been dragged down ALREADY due to RHA and MNH (and Zulu delays) but I'd suggest that it's already in the 10's of millions. I take some comfort that the likes of JG are exerting their influence... not sure about SK's group... if it's true that they now hold over 50% of the shares then they can clearly wield some influence over GR!?!
Hoping for a good week this week though!
Steward,
I have no doubt if MNH and RHA were put to bed the SP would be in the 0.25 -0.30 ballpark. With RHA I imagine there is a certain amount of political posturing - GR has to be seen to be doing or wanting to be doing something with it. It is also clear he is emotionally attached to it and wants to prove everyone wrong. My preference would be to get it sold ASAP for a few £m if anyone would pay that for it. MNH is just mind boggling. GR stated in London PREM is an exploration company and doesn’t have the skills needed to develop mines. Two or three other parties have tried to make MNH work and have failed. With PREMs track record I don’t think they are in a better position than others to bring about a change with it.
Having seen his CV, I believe the COO has been brought onboard for RHA more than Zulu though I really hope I am wrong.
I’d have serious questions about what value Neil Herbert is bringing to the party. He seems very busy with his other lithium and REE interests.
Fingers crossed for some results. If GR is intent on selling a few percent, having the assays will be the difference between doing a deal and doing a good deal!!
Bickmaster
One would hope that NH will turn his attention to Prem and Zulu soon. Atlantic Lithium seems to be sorted and is up 50% in the last month. If he can do a similar deal with Zulu then the sp should rocket.
Sp has just dropped 7% are we in for some bad news ?
I thought we would lose all gains made from the rise on Friday, we need those lab results to give confirmation to the world what we really have, until then we will just stay around 0.18p
Message from Noel in the telegram Pandora group:
"SGS been set a deadline end of this week or prem will go somewhere else"
So here lays the problem, why do only a selected few know about this ? It gives them a chance to sell then buy back cheaper. This is why I'm furious with the Pandora group which snowking is part of. The problem lays with Mr Roach.
This is just a rumour unless it’s confirmed by PREM, so wouldn’t get too angry…
I agree Adam so many rumours, i guess it’s a good rumour so we can load up on cheaper shares before the news comes, I still stand with my guess of the first 2 weeks in February we will get some news :)
Surely that's counter productive. It would negate any progress made by SGS and the process starts again? Surely?
Ps the Telegram group is open to all. I’d not believe 100m shares is enough to get into the Pandora WhatsApp group you speak of - but I heard this rumour from Noel on the Prem telegram group..
The communication from Prem is diabolical so we could be waiting a long time !!
In the meantime we are left to guess at what might be happening.
Red, load up on the cheap ? We have been loading up on the cheap for the past few years ...
