I much admit, On a serious note I was very surprised to read this in the original RNS about the single lump payment.
I would never do a large business transaction without stage-gate payments tied to key milestones, to ensure risk is kept to a reasonable level.
I’m quite comfortable with this agreement.

Let me take this opportunity to remind people how leaky Prem was on good RNS’ a year ago and prior.
It feels like Prem are transitioning into a much more professional outfit. I am certain this could only have happened with a deal such as Suzhou.
Good news this morning and happy for no dilution.
Also happy to see how many more independent persons/groups getting involved.

Will be interesting to see that sale price of Zulu next year upon completion of DFS should it go that way. I would suspect substantially less than if we sold earlier this year Profit.

AMTD looks insane. Didn’t catch that one as I’ve been side tracked by a project go live of late. Careful of the crash or consolidation and Take some profit. Good luck!

Good post profit. Bearing in mind only now have we found out how bad GR was progressing with the DFS pre-Suzhou, we would be in a slightly progressed state compounded by the bear market. I would suggest SP would be circa 0.1p with no real hope of substantial progress.
I agree Suzhou deal was great for Prem. Not only has it driven the company forward (financially, offtake and experience wise) it also was the best offer on the table. We can only assume this as a better offer would have been taken If possible.
We’re in a positive position. Only question is, could you make a quick buck or 2 elsewhere before this really rises… which it will IMO.

Agree Acker, likely most will complain of certain aspects of the RNS. IMO Always important to review the agreements with balance. For example, if you were a shareholder for the other partnering company, it’s likely there would also be aspects you didn’t like also. Deals are a compromise on a very many aspects… win a few, lose a few, but generally meet half way. Neither company will give something for nothing.

Thanks ProfitBags. Is an exercise of securities different to the interest on the loan then?
I read it as late repayment would result in interest and a ‘total failure’ to deliver would result in an exercise of securities.

Also confident I’ve not seen any interest rates noted, but likely this could all be in the detail being discussed now.
I and others picked up on GR’s slip that he was on a call ‘afternoon time’ to agree final sign off of the agreement. So we could hear details early next week.

It’s a valid point Roman. Only question I have - we know that if we don’t produce first shipment by March we pay interest on the loan. Can anyone tell me if we pay interest from March, or is this back dated to the date of issue?

Not sure what to make of the assays comments. I do find it strange to only share the best assays. At least ground the hype with some average figures?!?!
Glad to hear that we remain on track for the pilot build. Tend to agree with the below comments. My profession is Snr Engineering Project Manager, and I certainly would not be calling early delivery at this stage. GR would be much better suited to under promise and over deliver…. Keeping that bit of contingency for delays and the ability to still meet expectations make more sense to me, particularly when risk factors are such that they are environmental… (rain)
Overall I’m taking it as on track, but conscious DFS is likely next year given GR once again said there is much much more to do on the sample side of things.
To Ackers point - if the mine produces in March, I’m happy.
SP will sort its self out between now and March.

Given large part of the market buys on hype, i would also suggest Sept/October time for the rise.

I think there could be some truth in that profit. My take is that George is planning to complete DFS along with getting the pilot to a stable operating status with the view to sell mid23.
I expect he plans to then use the monies to self fund the exploration of EPO and no doubt some other of his projects… dare I mention them.
I would support this approach, in particular if he plans to explore the EPO in sections and sells off each section once DFS completed or partners to mine it (should he be successful setting up the pilot)
Prem have options ultimately and I think it’s important to remember Prem are a tiny aim company. SH’s should be cautious about doing too much at once… in my experience, over promising and under delivering during large growth can be just as damaging as negative growth.
I’m very comfortable with this investment atm. Biggest risks are a late pilot mine and a hostile TO.

The GR ****ging is getting a bit silly now. He’s had a good run this year… cut the man some slack.
If you want to live in the past, put your money elsewhere, you obviously don’t trust him, just don’t keep moaning about it.

Watcher - absolute possibility it could drop to .25 given the recent good news and now likely wait for pilot hype EOY.
Your right not to sell though as there are a small number of things that could cause this to rise without warning.
I topped up £500 at .295 last week and will do so again if we hit .25 as you say. Good luck to you

I would suspect that if the latter happens Profit, GR will go down in history as a cursed man! That would be unlucky.
To be honest i can see the price per tonne dropping slightly if the demand drops due to economic downturn, but the recovery is certain and could drive the price well beyond today once the market resets imo. Bulls follow Bears... and vice versa.

Don’t know about you lot, but I’m really excited to see where this goes over the next 12 months.
Prem have really stepped up their communication to levels I haven’t seen before, and better still the content is good.
Looking forward to hearing more and seeing just how good this plays out.
