Wont see 1p until SC6 confirmed and first shipment made. Too much trust has been violated and shares diluted with the overhanging approval to dilute more. 1.5p+ will come mid next year after SC^ delivery + consistency and Li3 positive news flow.

Pleased with the interview today. Interesting points i picked up on were the confidence levels, mill performance, major plant restrictions removed, constant flow to flotation at 50% nameplate, no further major works required. Also picked up that SC6 as a % needs to be worked towards, suggesting they are not there yet... but given the confidence i expect they will get there by end of the year latest. IMO.
Should see .6p end of week if GR gives similar level of confidence without shooting himself in the foot.

GR will not RNS anything until he gets consistent SC6%... even then, he will let all his mates buy in first and milk the situation the best he can. Anyone expecting news soon will likely be disappointed. Anyone not in now, will miss the pre-rise RNS and miss the best gains. IMO
Best to relax and let it happen if you believe it will. If you don't,,,, well that's understandable as GR has given enough reasons to not trust him or Stark.
I have diluted my position in line with my drop in trust and consistent dilution of shares. I believe at this stage AVCT is the best share on AIM and i have no shame in plugging a cancer breakthrough drug. Still hold a sizable position here, so fingers crossed.

The next few weeks will be really important as it becomes the launch pad for the coming months of optimisation. That Optimisation will get Prem an additional incremental X% per month, so the starting base figure is really important for Prem. We should hear tonnage and quality in the coming 2 weeks, however knowing GR, i expect he will not report much in the coming weeks due to... 1) past precedent on not reporting grades, 2) Plant wont achieve 6% and/or capacity 3) He does not want to overpromise again.
Maybe a combination of all, but % being the most important. If GR can at least confirm SC6, the capacity will come. Better to have SC6 and low capacity than higher capacity of
Not been on here for a while. Tbh I’ve fallen out of love with Prem since GR was proven to be a serial liar, again. In particular RNS’ing a future trigger point for selling shares when he had already done so.
I can see a lot of upside if they can get producing and a boost when they announce a deal for Li3, but it’s hard to judge where a company is and heading, when you don’t believe anything you hear…. Rns or not.
SC6 is relative as per discussions below, but don’t be a fool to think it stays low forever. Even if Prem were to break even at 1k tonnes…. So what?. It positions them very well for the increase up to 4k and any expansion which = profits.
SC6 price is only important if your a STH. GLA,,,, it’s been a tough and long road. Nearly crunch time. LTH deserve this.

Not that I think this bears much weight on Prem atm, but interesting that Canmax shares are down circa >65% in the last 12 months. I’m not close to Canmax, but I wonder what the drivers for the drop are. Maybe expirey of major SC6 supply contracts and resulting impact on lucrative paydays are key drivers…. View that with majority of lith prices continuing to drop… will be interesting to see how they turn it around.

Martinigirl - We can't even get GR to figure out how to release a RUS during continued exploration, never mind DFS.
DFS is 'over the hills and far away'. Tesla will be on Mars before Prem DFS. Money spewed and bled, no doubt and no disagreements with 95% of the latest comments....
However, if they start producing 1k SC6 before end of Q1 next year, the £tables will turn. Anything sooner than that is a bonus imo. FWIW Given recent raise with Canmax, i believe GR has shown his hand and also agrees 'no shipment in November'. This is far from over though. It will happen. The only question is, 'What is the overall cost of the delays' AND 'Will the same issues occur when Canmax invest in Li3 or Zulu expansion? I know the answer to question 2, but only time will tell on Q1. GLA

Essentially what people are saying here is that you can’t trust GR. IMO, if shareholders haven’t worked that out from the last 8 months, then they are either new or naive and blindly willing to ignore warning signs.
However, there are holders who are willing to put up with GR’s lies and deception due to an undeniable fact that he is willing to do anything and everything to get this over the line with the assistance of Canmax, third party suppliers and advisors and therefore; there will become a pivotal time in which Prem will add value and return well for investors.
But to be clear, I think we can all agree GR is a lier and a Wiley old fox and has wasted shareholder money previously.
J
Might had well of written...... 'We are definitely not hitting November so need to dilute'
Why would he do this now? Why not wait to see how the Mill works if we are fully funded to production (as per previous rns).
I think he has all but admitted he does not see shipping in November. So much so he is willing to raise now before weve even turned it on.
J
Correct Johnny. Cash flow is a problem for Prem and they need revenue quick, or they have to look at undesirable options.... but options they are. Its not a case of 'Despatch SC6 in November or game over'..... far from it.
Worst case.... there's always Force Majeure! haha
J
The only way Prem goes down the pan, is if in >1y we still haven't produced SC6 and GR used all the shares to pay off canmax/contractors AND all other project valuations cant raise cash from sale AND shareholders refuse to allow for more raises AND retail investors refuse to back prem AND Zulu valuations/buyout is greater than the debt AND AND AND.....
Scaremongering at its finest. My take of Martinigirl is that he/she is clearly clued up on trading, however very emotional when SP drops. Read past posts for evidence.
Yes the cash flow is very poor and GR has steered the ship terribly with his 'captains mate Stark', but if you feel SC6 will be produced by early next year and it is, you will likely be rewarded. imo of course.
J
I have to say Acker - your 'Muppet Show' comment brought a smile to my face. Its such a shame that we feel this way, given we have come so far. As i said in my previous comments, only SC6 can save us now. GR promises and updates offer many people no reason to get excited given his lies. Im actually amazed he RNS's about selling shares 'upon announcement' when in fact he had already sold. A clear lie RNS'd in black and white.
I sincerely hope this comes good, as there are some really good shares about to do well in a similar timeframe, and im clinging on from transferring my cash over to them. Last chance for this to come good for me. GLA, we deserve it.
J
The pacing was expected albeit not this soon after his personal loan. At least its out the way and after this mornings drop im hoping for a steady SP. The only thing that will get this SP motoring now is SC6. Any fantasies of a rising SP off the back of hype or positive tweets/GR chatter are long gone. Its all about the SC6 now. Could be a good chance to top up this morning.
Also - noticed that GR tipped his hat to shareholders and us putting up with this sh*t.... he knows he is now on his last chance imo. GLA
J
Can anyone tell me why GR didn’t just Place £2-5m shares?
I can understand why he would do what he did in a world where we didn’t have shares to issue, but after the SGM he still went ahead and did a personal loan rather than share issue. I’m confused for the reason for this and we should ask him at the next interview.
