Bick - they hold 13% of the shares and we could sell them 50% of Zulu with a mine build included that means no further dilution, they own 50% of Zulu and 13% of the shares in issue, that means prem can crack on with the EPO and use the Chinese experts to crack on with the mine and that knowledge prem can use going forward with the epo, I don’t see any further dilution I think other deals will be made to avoid dilution, time will tell :-)

Bick - I don’t know about you but I know I’d be happy to wait until the end of 2024 for a large mine, imagine the figures and SP once large scale plus by then the EPO will be progressing well so it’s the perfect storm, I don’t see any further dilution I see prem negotiating a deal with the Chinese where they pay for the mine to be built and get paid back in spod, Suzhou wants it now and the only way to get it out of the ground is to pay prem the money to fund a mine or buy Zulu for X amount, I see Suzhou funding the mine build and remember they hold 13% of the shares in issue so they will make money on the spod sales plus they are a share holder so they will also make money as the MCAP increases :-)

I believe it is impossible to calculate anything until the resource upgrade is known and what the pilot mine is capable of, however I would expect the SP to be in the region of 3p - 5p within the next 2 years based on $5,000 per tonne, as the years go on the mine will become full scale and then we will certainly be over 5p and a multi billion £ co, remember this is only Zulu we are yet to explore the EPO! Prem has a very big future ahead but first let’s see what the new plan reveals, what the pilot mine is capable of, how it will be funded and then we can see what potential prem has in the near future. Very big upside from here :-)

5 MM’s quoting bid or better 0.336 to sell, strongly suggest topping up at these levels at discounted pricing from the Suzhou deal, GLA :-)

Acker - those sells could be someone who has over 100 shares and is finally taking some profits, doesn’t mean they aren’t confident ;-)

RNS expected imminently, I’d suggest hold onto your positions and wait for the news to land as it comes when it’s ready! GLA remember we are in a pivotal position within prems history, this is the time we’ve been waiting for all these years, 10 bag from here within 2 year :-)

Snowking - I see Suzhou paying for the mini mine and prem paying them back in Spodumene, how do you see the future of Zulu;

1) can you see prem keeping 100% of Zulu as a pilot mine and large scale mine producing over 120MT - 160MT annually?

2) will prem sell a % of Zulu?

3) will prem sell 100% of Zulu and then focus on the EPO?

Johnnypc - you said don’t expect an RNS any time soon but in the response they wouldn’t give you an indication when an RNS is due, so therefore it could be today or next week. We all have one question and that’s what will be in the next RNS, that question will not be answered until it lands in the RNS which is my reason for not wasting my time and their time sending emails, hope this helps but news is due and multiple pennies is imminent with a pilot mine :)

I don’t bother emailing them anymore as they can’t inform me of anything that I don’t already know, they can’t discuss anything that’s not already in the public domain. Shareholders will all get news at the same time and that is when it’s ready, I’m very bullish with prem still even with the lack of assays, snowking is right upcoming news could be transformational so let’s all keep our fingers crossed :)

I believe the news will be due next week, 2 weeks to complete the review then a week to review which would of been last Friday, then this week to go over the data collect format it before then sharing it via RNS, I’d expect to see it late Friday or any day next week, very good potential here :)

Snowking - so if 11,250m has been drilled and we need 20,000m that means in roughly 105 days we should hit 20,000m target, by the end of august the drilling should be complete and that’s if we don’t add even more rigs with the investment from Suzhou :)

Snowking - I presume the huge RNS that will rerate the SP is still coming, so far neither RNS released will do that as both are of no major interest to shareholders. The only thing that will move this is major news regarding zulu or the EPO as anything else is of no interest, I’m still very positive that share holders will be rewarded with a major rerate from here :)

Profitbag- you are correct it’s only 1 x $250K, I misread the RNS. However still what an excellent deal to sell 50% back for a profit of $146K plus still keep 50% in my eyes George has done incredibly well with that deal, my main focus is Zulu and based on the latest tweet it appears that drilling is well on track and when I speaks of “plan” I believe from South African to English he is trying to say the drilling for the DFS is going to plan over the next 3 months :)

Prem paid $104K for the Li3 claim and now selling it back to the company they bought it off for $250K and then a further $250K before December 2022, so this is excellent news as we have managed to keep 50% and sell 50% for almost 5x what we paid, in my eyes that’s an excellent deal :)
