I think he’s going to do it. He took a long time to take this role, and he knew what state it was in (maybe not the finance), but technically he knew what he was taking on. I am very confident he will get this working.

So far, he has delivered everything he has said he would, on time.

There are no TR1’s in the 3 companies he’s invested in showing he’s reduced his holdings. In fact, in 2 of the 3 he has increased holdings - ie. 2 x TR1’s

I think whatever AI you are using Nomadme is making things up, there is no Charles in Richard Deacon.

- If you search other TR1s from AIM companies, Richard Deacon appears, and he is identified as in Leicester in the TR1

- The other TR1's he appears in are also distressed AIM companies

- His Linkedin profile shows that he used to work at TD Waterhouse (now Interactive Investor) so I am guessing he has connections

- The X profile I sent earlier is a Richard Deacon in Leicester who follows all the companies in the TR1's he is named in

- This is not the Richard Deacon from Octane

I think Indigo stayed under 10% deliberately so they are not classed as a substantial shareholder under Aim rules, which makes any future funding easier

Agreed acker. We are seeing more steps forward now. People also need to consider that there will be a much higher percentage of retail holders down here. Any sniff of good news could see a 10-20x in very short order. These prices are too good not to fill my boots

Your [probably] flawed assumption is that all future raises are at the same price. I’d expect a trickle of positive news in the short term which will mean a higher share price.
