Just to confirm Ray so you understand correctly. The issue isn’t if we can produce SC6 because we can and have, the current issue is that we can’t produce it in quantity. The inserts and reagent dosing are so that we can’t produce produce consistently.

On the 1st April 2025 an equity swap was created between UBS and PREM. On its own, not that interesting.

On 3rd April UBS created an equity swap with Glencore.

Also, on the 3rd April, UBS created an equity swap with CATL.

Finally, also on the 3rd April, BNP created an equity swap with Rio Tinto. BNP previously took a swap on PREM.

Interesting to note upon the first UBS equity swap back in Feb 2022 with PREM, Canmax also took out an Equity Swap with UBS Feb 2022. We would have known Canmax were gearing up to get involved with PREM if we had found that swap at the time.

This may all be speculation and just a lot of coincidences of course. It could also be pre-positions for deal execution with one of these parties.
