No i agree...but we are dealing with different people now so one must try and bury the Hatchet
Well the past can be quite telling that’s the thing, you wouldn’t marry a serial killer and just say the past doesn’t need looking at :)
Yes one must certainly look to the future...the past will do no one any good at all
Well this sis a bit of light at the end of a very very long tunnel, let us see if it comes good, would be the first time!
Glad for an update and ignoring the past it does feel optimistic
Spoke to my Contact who said Oct...the only comment i got from him was...in time you will be smiling...well i hope he is correct...he normally is.GLA
Actually I do see it now

It does however, seraching for that RNS number brings nothing back een on the LSE site, so it is a bit odd.
Fact is this declaration is what one would expect just before the prospectus is published and as the timescale has been set for floation in Q4 it would seem likely that most hurdles have now been removed and we should expect the prospectus shortly.
This year has been a good year for IPOs
Hello Ying this must be the first time I have to disagree with you. The link clearly states an RNS number.

Led by Gary Smith.. Looks like he was being honest with his intentions on his twitter. Lets wait and see wether its actually beneficial to the bag holders.
Zzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz.....................
Kmack,
It is not an RNS. It is "merely" something they have chosen to publish, and through that channel which is open to them.
Only quoted companies on appropriate markets can access the regulatory news service.
Whilst it doesn't say anything previously unpublished it does at least say "still trying" and add a new hoped for date.
Its good news but intentions are not necessarily results. We all hope that this new time line will be honoured but 4th quarter is pretty vague really.
"The Company has made significant progress in the Admission process and anticipates that subject to shareholder approval it will take place during Q4 2021."
What this will mean for existing shareholders I guess we don't have too much longer to wait!
There's a rns out, intention to float, not showing on lse at the mo
The DIY option isnt new, and indeed was the first option that GUARDIAN had. What was supposed to be new on listing was the ability to lease or pay over 5 years which the float capital and credibility was going to make available to them. That being said, all is quiet on the flotation front so it maybe that the matter failed at FCA stage? We simply dont know
Yep, that's what I meant. Thanks YT.
QT. It is public and will almost certainly remain so.
I think you meant listed or unlisted.
Doesn't sound like the order books are bulging but at least DIY fit option may encourage some orders?
But private or public company that is the elephant in the room and the big question.
Doc is even worse than Zak!!!! Be patient!! Your delusional, patience!! Patience!!?? I can only assume your being funny
Thought the latest fib was October this was relisting? Taxi?? Or was the RNS true, Q2 2022?
Marbur got slated on this board for his views for years.
He can hold his head up high. He was spot on.
This is finished.
In fact it didn’t even get started.
