Is NOT coming back. The End
My understanding is they dont have to give much detail...until they list...we could have a message to say they are listing next week with the terms set out within....time will as always tell
So only 3 weeks left . Any news expected on relisting . Very puzzling keeping shareholders in the dark .
Frustration long passed here, many years ago now. But money locked in this so check back and say “ what a load of tosh” from time to time that’s all. Especially as zero still achieved. Do like your dads quite though, will remember that one :)
I get your frustration Wookie, but if the plans to float Guardian using NUOG was hot hair, Guardian would have published a statement denying such intentions as inaccurate long ago. Time will tell. As my dad says, everything in this life comes to an end, except a cat's tail. It comes to a point. lol
Maybe news in the next 10days...
I very much doubt it Tyre, very much. Happy to be proved wrong, but just look at what’s been going on. For nearly a decade! Zilch! All this guardian talk has just been hot air.
Not looked in for a while, has anyone managed to get the wheels back on the clown car yet?
This will be worth the wait. Gary Smith will want things to happen as he's got more to lose here than most of us. Keep the chins up Wookiemonster
Yeah but there is taking time and then there is taking ages. I agree with you but it’s been years since anything has happened here. It’s a case of I’ll believe it when I see it but zero hopes looking at what’s been done so far!
Its better to take their time and secure the best deal for shareholders of which GARY SMITH is one. Also if support is lined up then when it opens after a little period of dumping by existing shareholders, the price can recover and go up X3 its about balance. The directors dont want a open without any buyers to take the stock of the nervious and stale buyers who were in this since year dot. Makes sense to me
Can’t help but laugh taxi, the ever moving with months ahead scanario over and over and over and over. See what it’s like this time next year then!
They said final quarter of 21 so that has to be in the next couple of months I would suggest. Having said that Deadlines with NUOG/Guardian are a moveable feast so who knows. I am guessing when they have cast Iron financing in place they will offer up a flotation /prospectus knowing its already pre-sold. At that point some time a couple of months later it will list, depending on the LSE ect.
starting back uo any clues
Good news again after contact with the mother ship, all is well making solid progress through outer space,my clairvoyant has read the cards she said hold on your going to be very rich very soon ,best wishes all the have a great year, dyor.
It doesn't cost a lot to issue the reach.
But it does smell of optimism. I would expect the hope is the marketing will get it a little in people's mind before the prospectus.
The risk is it will go stale is the prospectus doesn't come soon.
Yes but they were a public company listed on the stock exchange, now there delisted. There is no requirement to say anything. Big difference
There is no firm flotation date and no prospectus, its plans as I see it, but that being said there was no pressure for Gary to come out with this statement if there was not some basis for optimism. He could have just said "sorry we are winding it up". So it sounds promising.
So is this for real then? Or just more make believe??
LOL - that's what they said about Scummy Scotton "the deal maker".....haha, still laughing...
Hi YingTong
Thanks for that. Just when I had the chance to read it I was saying to myself hang on an RNS means Regulated News Service and when I could not find it as part of the RNS list I started to think someone was p[lay silly beggers.
For sure Cattleman, getting a clean slate here would be fantastic.
*News*
Delighted with today's need. Gary Smith will bring home the bacon!
Kmack,
I am sure it won't be the last. :-)
It Is distributed through reach (as far as I can tell).
https://www.lseg.com/areas-expertise/market-information/regulatory-news-service/reach
Pedantically it is not regulated news (they are not currently regulated by anybody).
However I would have expected that to be clearer from the announcement.
It would seem that many services (like LSE) filter these out.
