Gordon Stein, CFO of CleanTech Lithium, explains why CTL acquired the 23 Laguna Verde licenses. Watch the video here.
Anyone who’s investing has to be moronic to buy a placing over the current market price unless they know something , I’m not buying the rich people don’t care what it cost line, the rich get and stay rich by being savvy not by pumping money into overpriced aim shares they can pickup for 1/2 the price, someone knows something
Totally agree on it never re-listing, if they had a viable product it would have been funded and relisted years back , the fact we’re still where we just tells me no one with the financial muscle/acumen to get this off the ground thinks it’s got any legs
If anyone with real money or clout thought this had legs they'd fold the company buy up the IP and assets for pennies and relaunch with them holding all the cards and profits, they wouldn't be looking to relaunch it and lets the proletariat get their noses in the trough as well, personally I think it'll be nothing short of the second coming if this ever sees daylight again, harsh I know but the track record speaks for itself
To some large investment companies sticking 2 million quid into this is just a tax loss they can probably write off in some clever way and end up getting 10 million back, I’m not reading too much into it, let’s face we’ve just been through a pandemic and were in the middle of a major war causing all sorts of financial chaos , if there was ever a better time to release a gold backed asset to the market it’s never been better than now, and where are Tally MIA,
Got to be honest I don't think this is ever coming back to the market, they've had 5 years to get this right/relist and its still not flying, it was a great idea and could have been huge but clearly is not being run by competent people.
Totally agree this has become a lifestyle co for the directors, only thing I disagree on is that this will ever return to the market, for me the moment has passed. We could have ridden the crpyto wave a few years back ( and yes I'm well aware this isn't crypto but Tally could have been swept along with the wave) but that day is long gone and I can't see this ever seeing the light of day on a large enough scale to become a player in the finance arena, too little, way way too late.
Actually when you look at in the cold hard light of day, whatever made a gold mining company ever think they had the knowledge, skills and experience to become a fintech and financial service company, when looked at in that light it’s completely understandable why this has failed,
And with all the positive sentiment around gold at the moment, they're still not able to get this off the ground, just confirms to me that either this isn't a viable product or the management team aren't up to the job of getting it over the line, sorry to say it but they've had countless years now to launch this and they've achieved the thick end of FA.
Exactly, if this was a viable proposition it would have been re-floated years back with no shortage of backers.
TBH, I think they missed the boat on this, was a great idea 5 years ago and should have been brought to market and re-floated within 12 months, said it before if this was a good prospect then some competent people would have copied it and implemented the concept by now, the fact there were no takers for that that says a lot to me,
I’m guessing this zombie has ridden from the grave for the last time has it, they’re definitely calling time on this time?
I doubt this bunch of clowns could get labels straight on tins in a shop, it’s risible to even speculate they could get a company listed on the main market, if we were in America we’d have ended up as one of those pink sheet stocks from the Wolf of Wallstreet
Said it before, saying it again, I don't think they're capable of doing this, people are creating blockchain based products on an almost weekly basis, these clowns have been at it for years and achieve the grand total next to nothing, if this had any legs, someone would have ploughed the money needed in by now and got it relisted,
I've heard a rumor Minty has got some plan to rescue the share price with his asteroid mining proposal, apparently, Bruce Willice has signed up to fly the ship, he's just waiting for Elon Musk to build his Mars base and we'll be relisting on the Marcian stock exchange
Let’s be honest if they were capable of getting this to work and relisting it, it would be done by now, if investors had any faith on the management or the product raising £30M wouldn’t be that difficult ,
Don’t go giving them ideas, that’ll be in the next q&a now
