Thanks Earsbern, So the asset is with FRUS, FTI have the 5% that was intended for them. So that is starting to make it sound like. If they can prove the asset then its just a matter of securing funding, which has been alluding to. So is is the case in Feb 2022 needed to be resolved first?
Thanks tsbs1. Im sure someone posted the extract of the PSA stating that GG didn't need to ratify it, so that all seems to have just been a ploy by them to make it look like it hadn't, this ,may have suiting FRR as it lead FTI to wasting alot of time and effort. The Arb seem to suggest that they couldn't transfer though which is odd how did they come to that conclusion and does it overrule? Will a further court decide the whereabouts of the asset? Would I be right in thinking few conclusions can be drawn at the moment and we are awaiting further news?
I thought the YA debt was settled long ago on favourable terms for FRR or did FRR fail to pay even the favourable terms!? Are we still waiting for clarification of where the asset lies? The court seemingly ruling the transfer to FRUS was legit ie the GG seeming leaving it disputed and not filling in the offical forms presumably in cohort with ZM so he could try to pull a fast one?
What was the Default that got overriden that B2O posted about, I assume that wasn;t teh default that triggered the whole FTI thing ass surely that would have stopped the liquidation? The liquidation seems to have stopped anway due to FTI running out of money ? and also not actually knowing where hte asset is? The court ruling appeared to say the transfer to FRUS didn't require the GG consent so does that mean the asset was moved to FRUS and is safe or does that need further ratification in court. Does anything know if FRR can proceed with business now or is everything still on hold till the next hearing in Feb 2022(!)
Many thanks to ALL putting in the hours hear Looed obviously. Its still hard to see if this really is a sh*tshow or drunken style kungfu!
RE: 8 in 10 adults now have Covid antibodies09 Jun 2021 10:50
Lab tests are available but expensive, we have a cheap convient alternative but it is not being approved for home use, why? They are telling people to go about thier normal business (this is thier aim apparently) but be cautious. I dont see how know you have antibody and knowing antibody do not give 100% protection is a bad thing it wiould allow people to make better informed choices.
RE: 8 in 10 adults now have Covid antibodies09 Jun 2021 10:39
Why are they blocking the use of the antibody tests by the general public? Currently we have to have faith that the vaccine is something more than a placebo, not a conspirtacy theorist but why wont they let us test our antibody?
It was demand for an unnecessary commodity meat that pushed the world to its first truly global pandemic. Keeping animals in unnatural over crowded conditions and encroaching on wild areas mixing overcrowded petri dish domestic conditions with wild populations has caused this, say what you like about Vegans but in a plant based world this would not be happening. Climate change isn't just about degrees Celsius, its about our environment, if we let the rich 0 1% literally burn our environment, we won't be wearing masks just cos of pathogens but the air is already becoming unbeatable in many places. Its so obvious you can see the environment degrade before your eyes, I don't need scientistx to tell me it is or isn't happening I can see it smell it touch it
First time I have seen seen more reasonable discussion on advfn than on lse, is this what covid has brought us to? There are some pretty nasty characters about protesting about lockdown face masks and vaccination so no surprise they turn up here too. Not seeing covid going anywhere soon tho. Still need tests and still need to manufacture them. Not much changed in my view, just waiting for the bottom line now the hardwork is done
Anyone wanting to go on holiday or to the thatre or even just down the pub is not going to give two hoots what the antibody test looks like let alone how many lines it has.. Im pretty sure teh test was held back from home use due to its potential to change peoples behaviour in an unstructured way, the passport app will deal with that issue and being admisnitiered by health care professional will mean the number of lines will actually give valuable information esp if varaints are shown to become resistant to certtain antibody.
