Hi Pedrobull, I see it this way , but am happy to be corrected if wrong.
Like anything sold via an exchange, the buyer pays the seller and the exchange takes a fee, possibly a spread, or a % or both.
The significant difference with NFTs is that the creator can stipulate a % of the sale price that they will receive each time the NFT changes hands
And I am sure they will be some buyers back
Will go to 3.5p before it attracts buyers, at that price you are just paying for the cash
Many think this is a fad, I have put punt money here but will add at 3.5p as I do believe the technology has game changing uses and I think these guys should be able to find the best companies to invest in
NFT is still not listed on major stockbrokers. Until they get that sorted out it's not surprising there aren't many buys. Still not on Barclays for instance.
Okay so I understand commission the likes of Christies and any auction house/reseller charges a listing fee and percentage of sale value, what happens when art moves or anything is sold via NFT is what I want to know.
Who pays whom for what when?
How much, is it a percentage or fixed?
And how often?
MM is taking down to 3.5p it looks like to me
Coin’s new RNS from today regarding NFT has gained traction on its current Share Price position. But something does not seem right here as the current price should never be under the IPO @ 5p. I wrote to Brian one of their advisors you can find the email on AQUIS exchange. The only hope is now on OTC with Further investments from America.
What would you like them to do? They have only just started trading.
Does anyone else feel like this share may be a complete sham? Very quiet launch when I thought the directors would have been screaming from the rooftops and since then nowt but sells. Got a horrible feeling this will drift sub 3p at this rate.
2 days in a row and I see only sells. Why no buys at all? Anybody knows the reason please. Was on the IPO for 5p but is currently trading under 5p. Is this a genuine company or another Shell.
3.5p would be a great price, I have bought up at 4.9p whoops (still under IPO though) however 3.5p is cash, I think you have to give the team some value so ~4p seems about right, will average down if the time comes
I think you are right iceman , 3.5-4p then a steady rise to listing
Think that's great news - will look like a complete bargain once buying channels open up imv
Agree it is clearly mates rates at expense of PI's if no lock in period. "You have shares at 1p, we'll IPO at 5p and you can sell the lot at 400%+ gain in a weeks time and the PI suckers will pay for it!" Total disregard for PI's if the 1p placing was true.
below placing price!
I think it will drop to 3.5p to 4p....or at cash level!
NFT is a new so market needs time.
If the shares were issued at 1p which might have been pre ipo surely they have to lock themselves in for a timescale or otherwise this would be absurd. They did this with CBX.Also is there a £35 million war chest for Nft and other purchases.
How is the price of the share go up ,when is so difficult to buy it? Prior arrangements should have been made TO ACCOMMODATE THIS
Thanks for the info, I didn’t know about the 1p placing, and that is totally my bad.
This explains where the sellers are surfacing from, the holders of those 193m 1p shares have been given a free dip into PI pockets....why were they not locked in??
Here's another one.
A co-founder of Bitcoin mining company Argo Blockchain is set to launch the initial public offering of a new crypto company that will focus on decentralised finance.
Dispersion Holdings will invest in the decentralised finance sector which uses cryptocurrencies and blockchain technology to remove intermediaries from financial transactions.
X-O offer this. My preferred broker. Cheap dealing and offer virtually everything but UK only
AJ Bell
100m shares issued when the company was incorporated in March 2020 @ a price of 0.001p (100m shares for £100k), a further 193m were issued in a placing at 1p per share on 6th April 2021 including some 4m to BLU. So why is this now trading at 4.3p? It should be cash value (3.5p) at best, but that doesn't explain why the share price rose 500% in 10 calendar days between two placings...
Argo was making lots of money when they listed on on the OTC, they also had a track record and strong SP growth in the UK, at the time.
Does NFT Inv. actually own any NFTs or anything?
I'm not running this down, I'd like to get involved but am not sure if this was created to ride the wave or has real depth of knowledge, like KR1 or Pluto.
Very early days, however the lack of recognised buying platforms makes the share incredibly weak. OTC is great be we need to sell in the UK as well through all the main channels.
It was always a punt and I guess the short term traders are piling out atm and putting their money elsewhere.
Im going to let it roll for the time being and see how the land lies in a month or two, hopefully things will have opened up by then and 5p will look like an absolute bargain.
OTC listing, nice, that's great news, wider access to US investors...they'll revel to get on board here. some brokers still not offering this yet...
