Why are they so cheap, thought they were 5p a share
Yes that's it
I know of someone who bought them through Charles Stanley. Apparently they had a block on them which has now been released.
Is ot NFT INVESTMENTS PL ORD at 0.04p a share?
Where on AJ bell is it listed cant see
Long term Argo Blockchain holder here, no doubt will spot a few familiar names from the ARB board.
Really keen to invest but waiting for this to be listed on Barclays Smartinvestor so can pick some up.
I’ve just opened an aj bell account this morning and placed my trade with them. Dead easy, took 5 mins
bear in mind vlrm has £0.5m cash and NFT has £35m cash lol
every investment they make they will make 2 to 3 times on investment. which means this should be well over £100m mkt cap minimum
What’s the potential here? As it is not on HL I am contemplating opening another account if this is worth it, but it will be outside my isa which is annoying
Just bought a small tranche at 4.8p on A J Bell (seems a decent price given IPO) Cant trade it at all on ii though.
Press Release
16 April 2021
NFT Investments PLC
("NFT Investments" or the "Company")
First day of dealings
Admission to the AQSE Growth Market
NFT Investments, an investment company specialising in non-fungible tokens ("NFTs") , is pleased to announce that dealings in its ordinary shares will commence on the AQSE Growth Market (AQSE) from 8am today, 16 April 2021.
The shares will be traded under the ticker symbol NFT. The Bloomberg ticker is: NFT.PZ; Reuters: NFT.NXX; ISIN: GB00BMW34204; and SEDOL: BMW3420.
The Company has been admitted to the Access segment of the AQSE following a substantially oversubscribed share placing that raised £35 million before expenses for the Company, more than three times what was initially planned and with an order book of demand significantly in excess of £100m.
NFT Investments is the first pure-play investment company focused exclusively on investing in NFTs to launch on a stock market in a major jurisdiction worldwide.
The placing set a new record amount to be raised on AQSE and was increased in response to unprecedented investor demand.
On admission, the Company will have 1,003,000,000 ordinary shares in issue, valuing NFT Investments at a market capitalisation of approximately £50m.
Tennyson Securities, Novum Securities and First Sentinel acted as joint brokers to the Company, with First Sentinel also acting as Corporate Adviser.
Jonathan Bixby, Executive Chairman of NFT Investments, said: "NFT Investments' admission to the AQSE Growth Market marks a significant milestone for the non-fungible sector. Our record-breaking raise on AQSE provides a strong foundation on which the Company can execute its long-term growth strategy and capitalise on its first-mover advantage. We are delighted with the strong support we have received from a wide range of investors and our oversubscribed placing is a real endorsement of our investment plans in a promising market set for growth ."
Company Highlights
NFT Investments was set up to invest in NFTs directly and in companies or funds that have exposure to NFTs and blockchain technology. The Company anticipates that returns to shareholders will be delivered through an appreciation in the value of its portfolio of NFTs and in the underlying cryptocurrencies as well as the digital NFT rights that are purchased and licensed by the Company.
The Company's directors and advisory board have an established track record, experience and networks in the crypto currency sector, digital assets management and decentralised finance, as well as the media industry to drive value creation.
Net proceeds of the initial public offering will be used to identify and carry out due diligence on potential investments and to provide working capital for the Company's initial operations in line with its acquisition and investment strategy.
what were they priced at?
now appeared on IG
VLRM move due to them announcing they were to start mining
3 times over subscribed at 5p , it will not take to long before NFT starts to move up .
Will it be another pump and dump party?
I got at .57 AJ bell at 8.15
Bear in mind that VRLM was sub £1M market cap to start with and this is already £50M.
it's on X-O as well
I guess Barclays is the same then. They're a no for MODE, VLRM and I guess this too. Shame.
Yep bought on AJ Bell.
HL not listing them on FCA guidance re crypto assets
another newly listed -this could go mental as it is an NFT operator with blockchain, I suspect we could see the same movement as VLRM once the wider audience get on board.
Marc is advising NFT as well as Atari’s (gaming console) founder . The NFT sector is growing at a astounding rate and is a red hit sector to be in.
