Voting through HL made easier now. No messing around with scanning sheets.
Please explain... if you dont mind? Thanks
If you are a client of Hargreaves Lansdown you can vote through their portal. Where in the past you had to scan the voting sheet along with proof of holdings and forward to Mandy Cowling.
Stun180. I think ValJu was hoping you were going to explain where to find this option on the HL website. I was too!
I've had a look but I've not been able to work it out. If you can spell it out for us, we would be grateful. Thank.
Log in online , not the app. Bring up your account and you will find an option 'shareholder meetings' .click on that and vote on the resolutions. Really easy
Thank you, yes it is... really easy and saves a lot of faffing about... Much appreciated !
Also knowing many PI's use HL, this will be a great opportunity to vote and make the BoD sit up and think, as the saying goes... #everylittlehelps!
PS It NEEDS TO BE DONE BY THE 5TH JUNE TO QUALIFY... So those thinking, bare this in mind!
I added shares last week but obviously dont count as they were after the meeting announcement (wouldn't make that much difference) just my observation. Very easy though.
Well that was a lot easier, now got to try the ones with ii which won't be :(
So what's the game plan with Novacyt , we are asked to vote and we have absolutely no idea if they have made 10 quid , or ten million , no idea on numbers at all for 2023. Does anyone know of any other companies who give no indication whatsoever on forward projections.
As Pebbles said on twitter , they used to think Novacyt was secretive , now not so sure.
I'm moving into that club , surely if they were succeeding with the organic growth strategy then they would inform us and it may incentivise more favourable voting. I am totally peed off and think it is outrageous we are clueless about numbers. I don't believe anyone will vote for payrises or to keep the chairman , if they do , on what basis ?
Kaeren maybe no news is good news!!!
If Novacyts figures were low but a marked improvement on last year , in other words' greenshoots' , then that's progress , albeit not at the previously stated rate. Nothing is not good news imo , I hope I'm wrong , but it is two fingers up to shareholders and not acceptable. They want us to vote on payrises and to keep the chairman but I've no idea if they are working in my best interests , the sp most certainly does not indicate that they are. Therefore I have no option but to vote against what they want me to vote for, as all I can base their performance on is the SP.
I've been as obstructive as possible in voting but anybody voting yes for another 3 years of James Wakefield really should have a word with themselves.
It would be remarkable if any long term shareholders vote for anything in the interests of the board given the performance of the last two years, and lack of comms. For most of us now the money is irrelevant as we’re 70/80/90% down so I think for those still here it’s about seeing some change. To be performing far worse than pre covid can only be down to Management, that is the board and the chairman. They have to go, certainly the chairman. There can be absolutely no way what he is doing, if anything, is in our interests. What’s the worst than can happen if he’s ousted? It’s a mistake and we drop to 20p? Oh well, meh. Not as if we’re not on that trajectory anyway.
Going private is looking like what they want, they’re already acting like a private company after all
By the time of the AGM we’re going to be half way through the year with absolutely no idea of what 2023 looks like other than using Q1 as an estimate of future revenues. That surely isn’t normal or healthy for a successful publicly listed company?
I agree with you on this P100, even a company without anybody at the helm wouldn't do it worse than this
I received a lot of criticism for calling DA the "salad man" and that there was no coherent forward plan.
some tried to imply i was therefore not holding shares
it seems that the general consensus was that i was right after all.
i am still in for the dispute result - but will be out on that. company has good science but clearly no idea how to market it
Morning gizmo May I ask what your link is between they two as we appear to have some form of arrangement in place?
Same here swag. Unfortunately I keep on being proved right, to my financial detriment.
I remember getting slated for challenging the “can’t go below £2.20” poster (think it was drb83, who funnily enough is no longer around) and yet here we are at 38p, and dropping daily with no end in sight.
Hi wilson hope your well.... Photonics ... Biosensor... Pathogen.......... Maybe. Disruptive...
After a fair bit of thought I’ve voted no to the majority of resolutions.
Heads Up, anyone choosing to vote, via HL system, needs to do it by today! 5th
I am of exactly the same opinion HarChris!
Also did you know the Agm (zoom) whatever, takes place at the France location?
Guess were I will be at that time, #justafewmilesdowntheroad #shouldIpopintoreception
I wonder how I would be greeted lol
Ditto. Very easy decision to vote against all resolutions which are in the boards interest.
On the voting you have until 1.59 CET today to get your vote in. That's 12.59 BST so get your skates on it you wish to vote.
Thanks to ValJu for the heads up on the voting deadline date.
