Around 58% or about there last time I have checked.
All about fuel prices and borrowing rates again today. Let’s hope this thing in Iran calms down
Anyone know what % of our fuel is hedged?
Yep.....50's here we come.
Looks like US markets are yet again going to scupper a positive day. Half expecting sub 60 now today.
"National Express adds 34 Glastonbury Festival coach locations - full list"
They could easily charge £40 a ticket and still be full based on trains strikes/delays/prices/cancellations these days.
I know there is a balance in the cost of living, but seems too far tilted in 1 direction.
Nothing is going to happen until they show the Results and show that the business is on the mend , in terms of margins and bottom line earnings
No one is interested right now, in a leveraged balance sheet and no dividend ...better and safer yields elsewhere
It is up to the BOD to deliver ...not their fault the late change to the German situation has caused the latest Results delay
Many fund managers will pay 80p, 90p, whatever ...once a more secure situation is delivered.... but not until ...IMO
Well, i took a sabbatical from these boards & SP watching for a few months but time to check in again as i got a new ISA allowance. Amazed where this SP is & looking to go further down by all accounts. What a farce this management really has become. I'm in this one up to my eyeballs & down mouthwatering amounts. Averaging sub £1 but it still hurts & no imminent signs of a recovery either. Fishbon. Yes i loaded on GNC @63p (it's my 2nd largest holding) it's more than double bubbled now. I remember i was buying these in the 1.20s when i was buying GNC & at the time had much higher expectations for this one. I'm mulling now whether to cash the GNC & stick it in here @ these prices. This is at an all time low nearly. The Cosmens buying up the shares is what gives me hope on this one!
i think the management is to blame here.
a lot of low margin businesses recovered nicely.
take for example card factory.....when it was around 30p everyone said they would go bust.in comes mgmt change and good execution = share price trebles
then greencore.....low margin , good execution share price doubles.
i have owned both of them...just had more in this **** show with one of the worst mgmt teams i have seen in the last 4 years.
it will just be a long wait and to be honest i made my peace with it.

Return tickets start from £31.50, according to National Express, with some ticket availability left in certain locations. It will be setting up a pop-up coach station within 100 metres of the festival gates, where passengers will depart with their festival gear ready to set up camp.
Tickets include a luggage allowance of 20kg in the hold, plus one piece of soft hand luggage.
One would hope that there aren't any more skeletons given the bard said only a couple of weeks ago "Given the remaining judgemental items to be finalised Adjusted1 EBIT will now be in the range of £160m - £175m although the Group's expectation is that it should be at the upper end of that range"
However such is the lack of trust and confidence that we are all thinking that it could be possible.
Fingers crossed its as stated and no impairment, as non cash impacting it really isn't going to look good.
They are likely digging up yet another skeleton to present to the market. Hopefully not, but on recent history with the incumbent CEO/CFO who knows. Anxious times. GLA

Nothing makes them answerable.
I've emailed IR 3 times and zero response.
We are in their hands.
Thankfully Cosmens have a large stake and we have their crown Jewel "Alsa", for whatever peace of mind that's worth.
In my limited experience, I find it hard to accept that an efficient CFO could oversee such a catalogue of errors in almost the entirety of hus tenure.
I have to admit I am getting slightly concerned - I am hoping they are delaying in order to tie in some positive information on the north american bus sale with the results - they started the process at the beginning of the year so there should be something to report, unless they can't find a buyer in which case I am afraid we are screwed

Is this sort of incompetence at this level normal? They have a lot of experience behind them and some success stories as well. This is a deliberate act rather than incidental. Even their website is still showing end of March time for results.
I think we need to adopt a different approach at the end of April and put some pressure on the board and cosman. Doesn’t matter if it goes further down. They should have to pay for this game.🧐 I think highlighting this issue on different forums will make them answerable.

If only it was something good rather than revision after revision , time to complete it, incompetence!!!
Absolutely, the long periods of silence, the delays and general uncertainty keeps the share price deflated, but it feels like too many errors and excuses over a significant period of time to be solely to keep thus a 60p shares for certain stakeholders benefit.
All I want is a board that updates more often, and when they make announcements, we can be fairly confident in what we've been told.
Not too much to ask is it.

Board is incompetent, but I think motive behind this delay is something else rather than their incompetence. They are managing every possible information which can boost the confidence of the investors . I am wondering what can be the motive behind this? Favouring cosman? A genuine miscalculation since Covid year? they want to grab every share because they don’t need small investors anymore possibly a merger with Evelyon and want to keep this private. A few institutional shareholders only.
Reason I said that is they report on Thursdays so they would have to know the date by end of next week to meet their second half of April deadline, in other words Thursday 25th. But I guess they could go differently and do either Monday 29 or Tues 30 to meet that deadline.
Their communication with shareholders is awful at best. We get no update for 6 months from October to March usually.
One would assume they will update us on how 24 is going, but you never know with them.
Hence my utter frustration and loss of confidence in this board.
They will announce when they do, 3 More Mondays in April, but its not important.
On a separate point, they did a Q1 trading update in 2022 on 26th April, but skipped it in 2023. I wonder if we get one this year at the same time as the FY results
Yes and Monday week is the last week in April, they announced the recent delay on the Monday prior to the end of March ( previous date)
Second half of April, this is what they said
"As a result of the events set out below the Group now expects to publish its FY2023 Results in the second half of April"
That's the way I'm looking at it, no announcement by a week today, one on the following Monday with further delay.
I can't wait to finally get out if this share
They should really announce the results date within next week, right? The absolute bloodbath if they delay it again or even with another retrospective profit warning.
