https://www.gotechgroup-plc.com is the website (gotech is former name). Chris Akers (cash shell king) and Nigel Wray major shareholders. Akers seems pleased. Personally, I was interested in HASH as they planned to be a "tracker" for medical marijuana companies. I just see this news as a lifeline for MCC holders who finally get a chance to sell out having had capital tied up so long with useless management.
Smith. I think they will divert away from cannabis industry if you read the announcement as they see it as limited. Looks like they will try and carry on from where they left off. It looks like sentiance could be a BIG monster
so investments into weed industry and an excellent board member. mmm. Not bad. I guess our warrants disappear?

Under announcements, 10 Oct, they do mention Monchhichi...
Will MCC come with an own RNS as well to clarify?
Guys, look at the latest RNS from HASH. They are buying MCC's shares in Sentience. Consideration is HASH shares which go to MCC holders and MCC will be wound up (all set out in the RNS). HASH is listed on NEX and as you can tell from the ticker name, was meant to be a medical cannabis play.
I wonder whether Sentiance are going to float on the market and that's where MCC are going
had here?
will these guys really buy back our shares at same price or premium
they gonna want some kind of return on their investment in Sentiance surely
So hopefully we can ride on their coattails and they don't screw us over here
Sorry wrong message board
Any chance of a link Eurotrader? I can't see anything on investigate.
Good to know business is ongoing (see RNS 27-9-2018)
What money? Hahahahahahaha
Q - Do you have to submit your share certificates to receive the money?
The timing of the disposal is expected to be prior to this calendar year end and, once crystallised, will enable the Company to pass realisation proceeds to shareholders.
Wonder when prior to this calender year will be...
They are still busy... https://www.iol.co.za/business-report/companies/nedbank-announces-the-top-10-innovators-16940296

Some stuff I found: Applications are currently being submitted. Israeli RICOR Systems 2011 - A.C.S. Ltd has received funding to create a unique Halo product that will ensure perimeter tracking and security. Experimentica Ltd., Finland, will deal with pre-clinical models for testing advanced therapies. Belgian Sentiance Baltics is developing technology for predicting human behavior. The project of the Indian capital Tonbo Imaging Pte Ltd is related to the creation of a self-propelled steering system, etc.

Sentiance
IoT sensor data is invaluable for tracking large-scale activities and events. Traffic monitoring, for example, is a natural fit. Sentiance aims to use IoT data on a more personal level by tracking a number of day-to-day activities. Companies can leverage this technology to better anticipate their customers’ needs, and it can be used to adapt customer engagement in a smart manner. Sentiance takes a broad approach, and the company aims to provide services in a wide range of industries, including insurance, commerce, transportation, and health. This technology is also a great fit for smart cities, as it lets planners determine the most efficient use of resources based on real-world data instead of estimates.
doesn't look to bad to me to be honest. Read their case studies. They are testing with some big guys. China will be v interesting. I think they'll do another capital raise end of year, where they'll no doubt look to raise at a higher valuation (hope or same level). That will be the get out for those that want to and for those that want to stay, you effectively buying into a private equity fund. Seems like MCC will proceed that way as a vehicle.
I wonder how Sentiance are doing?
Checking the net they seem to looking for collaboration in China, but not much other news.
MCC are the biggest investor, how will Sentiance be affected if they withdraw that investment.
MCC indicated that investors can keep their investment in Sentiance. How can that work?
Any suggestions
According to their website announcement on 29 May they propose to offer options to shareholders before year end.
We know mcc likes to adjust their timelines and plans frequently so it's very hard to predict what could happen here.
I feel confident that shareholders will be fine as they have offered a buy back of some sort but as of yet unclear as to how this will work.
Crap for all shareholders ,no info ,but that’s aim
It's Friday :)
