Is this company really genuine or is it a complete scam aimed at financing the typical AIM CEO lifestyle. The company doesnt have a face, no office, no contact or even a telephone number. The longer we wait, the more money they are spending. From being a former bull, I realise this is beginning to look like a form of bulls?&t. Very disappointing.
Are these guys still on holiday? Lets see how this pans out. I would assume if they are increasing their sentiance stake it could take a while. An update wouldn't go a miss, even a small 'hello we are alive'
That'd be nice.
BOD can I have my money back soon
Still sod all.
Pretty silent so far...
got a feeling we will hear something by the end of next week ; good or bad news fck knows? Can't even say this is aim with this as it doesn't have a listing Still confident it will list as certain big hitters have alot locked in here and will want to get it out some how
Agreed and still absolutely nothing from the company at all. No news, no schedule, no hope(?). Properly pee'd off with this.
Leslie... They have missed all their proposed dates for a clear timeline in January.. Accounts end of Feb and agm mid end march.. One would now assume these guys bit off more than they could chew or they are not very good with Calenders.
The Board is pleased to announce that alongside the closing of the primary 10.0 million equity investment in Sentiance as initially announced on 14 September 2017, it is currently in final negotiations to materially increase Monchhichi's initial 14.2% shareholding in Sentiance ("Additional Acquisition"). In order to fund the Additional Acquisition, Monchhichi is presently in the process of placing new ordinary shares in Monchhichi with international investors at a price of 50p per share. Further information will be communicated to shareholders as soon as practical regarding the Additional Acquisition. - will we ever get a bloody update from this 'news' release?
Spidey sense.........mmmm, where did I here that before?
Easter 2019?
tells me we may here something shortly after easter break ;
typo: 'hold their heads'
This lack of uipdates to the shareholders (who pay their fat director salaries for doing, apparently, sweet FA) is bordering on shameful. They really should hand their heads in shame. Shareholders have a right to know what is causing the delay with the RTO.
And still we wait..............
Mcc... Anyone home? I think if this ever does open 80p is a huge ask. I would suspect around 40-50p and that's being generous. I wonder what they are up to.. Sentiance seem busy but radio silence from mcc.. Warrants lapsed with no communication so I find that surprising. Was there an agm proposed for 2nd half March and accounts published end Feb?
To be honest I have a but higher hopes than 80p... Hopefully some good news will arrive soon as we eagerly await ;)
to come to market carnage see ya next year better come back at 80p min compensation for all the distress caused
Only got 5000 shares at about 6p from awhile ago so won't lose any sleep on them ,still worth a couple grand on close price ,see how it goes ,few hundred quid can't be bothered to find a broker but if they come back at 40-80p I probably will .
Reece.. That sounds like a right pain in the you know what. Hopefully the relist in the next decade and you can reinstate them. Maybe you need to find a broker and find out the procedure.. Sorry to hear that.
Had certificate from HSBC today ,for those waiting
Frustrating as it is. Consider that we have a small stake sentiance, which is growing on a daily basis. Thats our one trick pony. Get on Twitter and follow Sentiance, it may help you retain some sanity. Perhaps and Im hoping that we do get some form of news release in future (one day) we need to divide the time frame by a factor of 2.
A fking joke with this lot We've had our money locked up at least provide something through monchichi These jokers knew what they were up to switching from aim to main market alright Dragging it out forever and a day Just hope it doesn't run into year/s without a listing Have been in a few like this and you end up waiting years to get listed and at the end of it all end up down or break even
No emails and nothing on the website surely they will inform the shareholders before the 24th
