While stock price was around 0.75-0.80 two buys of 37,250,000 shares were at 1 and 1.002

Roughly 745,000 pounds, that is quite a bit. Hopefully its an indication new developments/good news is on the horizon. Fingers crossed!

Happy we are listed again via High Growth Capital, we are basically where we were in July 2017. They tried something that did not work out in the last 12 months. Now we are back on track with this new opportunity. Looking forward to new developments.

HASH RNS, Notification of Major Holdings, Girod Equities Ltd. bought a slice and now has 6.15%.

If you cannot sell them via phone order, then you will need to transfer them to an other/new account of a broker connected to NEX.

My own main broker, where I have MCC, has no direct access to NEX, so I cannot buy more HASH. To sell HASH I cannot use the regular platform. I can only sell them via phone order. I think your broker should also be able to sell them via a phone order.

I bought additional HASH earlier by creating a new account on a broker connected to NEX.

Do you have a link on the placement? I read the announcement of it upcoming but did not see a confirmation yet on the meeting of yesterday discussing the placement.

FYI, HASH is currently 1.2 pence it recently came from 0.4 pence.

The placing is 0.8 pence, so the share price worked its way up already and looks forward to Sentiance value translated in the share price in my view.

There it is, there is the clarification I was expecting from MCC ;)

Now will see where High growth capital will bring us... High growth perhaps?

Personally I prefer to see the actions of CHA this year separate from previous years. Cancellation is just a necessity to comply with regulations. We are still shareholder and will have to await results from the quote:

It is currently in on-going discussions and continues to receive approaches from interesting businesses. However, whilst the Board is confident that it will be able to secure value for its shareholders, the Company will not be in a position to announce that it has entered into any definitive agreement with a suitable business for a reverse takeover by 4 October 2018.

They need more time... We wait... yet again or keep waiting. Will see.
