And, in all that time (since this 'strike off' issue started), no rns from mcc to allay fears/concerns. Laughable...
Thanks for that bit of information and I hope this is the case but it still doesn't explain what happened to the communications to MCC before the registrar issued the notice to be struck off.
Thanks for your email. My understanding was that the registrar overlooked the filing of a document which was rectified by the Company's lawyers last Thursday. This was the response i got from 'Buchanan' today..(Financial Communications Consultants)
Jup4it.. I think you make a good point. Let's face is communication from mcc is certainly not their strong point. I would assume if they were indeed going to be struck off there would be no need to deny it if true. It's poor that such an oversight could happen with not even an announcement to confirm it.
I still don't get it. I am making an assumption that it is the registrar that is making the application to strike off the company. If it is than it's nonsense it's a mistake in paperwork as the registrar would have written to them twice asking them if they were still trading before issuing a formal application to be struck off. If it was the company applying to be struck off then they should formally advise the shareholders before any application to strike off is accepted.
that sounds like what i was told, an over sight in paper work that was to be corrected...
My guess is the strike off notice is due to the failure to publish the confirmation statement that was due in March.. It really should be simple to publish so it looks very poor if this was simple mistake.. I'm no expert so I could be wrong.

we need to contact 'Cooley ltd' acting for them now, i will try them on Tuesday. I spoke to their 'investor relations contact' that gave me the info..
How can such things happen without the nomad saying, hey lads, thing like this need a regularatory rns?
Any idea why this notice has been served?
Jup4it.. I agree... Docs now available to view.. Was supposed to be 5 days to view but its available now. Unless I've read wrong they have 2 months https://beta.companieshouse.gov.uk/company/07951073/filing-history
Worried now!! - Mistake in paperwork? How do you make a mistake like that? Worrying and... if a mistake gives the impression you are dissolving then you would fix it immediately not asap. We need more clarity and better representation.
So news due may 2019? :))
i would have said May from what she said...
is that a statement in June then (not May)?
I have spoken to the company today, apparently the strike off is a mistake to do with paper work and will be addressed asap... & we are due a statement in the next month!!!
confirmation statement overdue - would it be intentional? particular reason?
http://www.formationsdirect.com/whyarecompaniesstruckoffordissolved sounds alarmling doesn't it? why don't the company tell us what's going on?
Dead? https://beta.companieshouse.gov.uk/company/07951073/filing-history
I asked a question.......... Thanks for your email. I assure you the Board will be communicating with shareholders just as soon as there is clarity on the next steps for Monchhichi. Meanwhile I would ask you to be patient just a little longer. Best regards
Jup4it.. Yes many question still remain for us unfortunately. Let's hope they get this wrapped up sooner rather than later.. Sentiance seem to be very busy so I suppose that is positive. Moving into Canada now cas only be good.
Codeine - I do read the RNS I believe the "Additional Acquisition" of Sentiance is dependent on institutional investment in MCC. We are still awaiting that news and the relisting. So I'm wondering what Sentiance are thinking I can't imagine they are twiddling their thumbs and waiting for MCC.
