Please excuse me for going on about this.........anyone had MCC in HSBC account? HSBC sent me a paper record of the MCC shares, which I presume are now held as converted HASH shares in an electronic format? They now tell me these shares are sat at ComputerShare (who I called). Comp say they can see the MCC shares on file, but not he new ones.
Si I have a paper certificate and no known way of accessing the converted HGC (HASH) shares atm. I'd be grateful if any of you guys could advise of next steps?
The transfer of shares is still not showing on my HL account
Many thanks eurotrader for information -)
For every 1 Monchhichi Share (MCC) held you will receive 25 HGC Shares (HASH).
Expected delivery of the HGC Shares 12 November 2018
From then you can either hold or sell them.
Not paid much attention to these lately ,had 10,000 shares that weee wirth about £4,000 , any ideas how much they are worth on my share certificates cheers
Check with your broker they may be able to sell. In most instances you can sell but not buy.
If you want to trade but your broker doesn't offer this, u will need to exchange your shares to a broker who does.
Please excuse my ignorance.... How would I sell these shares if I chose to?
It's a liquidity event for MCC shareholders. If you want your money out then you can do so. If you like the idea of Sentiance and think its worth more than $500m you can buy more. Sounds like they'll be buying stakes in a few IoT companies. You're basically now a shareholder in a listed private equity fund.
Cheers.... I should have asked.... what used to be MCC, what is their strategy in this move over to HASH?
Hadn't noticed this before...........extract:
Pursuant to the Placing Agreement, the Company has raised £500,000 (before expenses) through
the placing of 62,500,000 Placing Shares at the Placing Price, conditional, amongst other things,
on the Resolutions being passed at the General Meeting and Admission. The participants in the
placing will also receive 100,000,000 Warrants, each entitling the holder to subscribe for one New
Ordinary Share at a price of 1p per share for a period of 24 months from the passing of the
Resolutions.
Not about the overall strategy but this may help via-a-vis Sentience.

Anyone got any ideas what the HASH boards strategy is. How does this relate to MCC and their decision?
Here is the RNS of HASH. I guess MCC will follow.

yes. your decimal is in the wrong place!
Do you have a link on the placement? I read the announcement of it upcoming but did not see a confirmation yet on the meeting of yesterday discussing the placement.
FYI, HASH is currently 1.2 pence it recently came from 0.4 pence.

The placing is 0.8 pence, so the share price worked its way up already and looks forward to Sentiance value translated in the share price in my view.

P INVESTOR 6 Nov '18 - 13:08
It appears that HASH placed 62,500.000 investment for £500.000 at 0.8 P in which case the share at current 0.128 is a steal. (tell me if I am missing something?)
FROM TODAYS RNS:
HASH
The Company is pleased with today's approval of modest placing to raise GBP
500,000 gross through the issue of 62,500,000 Placing Shares at a price of 0.8
pence per Placing Share.

Sentiance, the motion intelligence company, today announced that it has been recognized in the October 2018 “Cool Vendors in Automotive and Smart Mobility” report by Carsten Isert and Jonathan Davenport at Gartner, Inc. The report evaluates interesting, new and innovative vendors, products and services in the automotive and smart mobility market “that CIOs should watch with a view to make their products more personalized and generate a convincing emotional experience.”.

I like the move to HGC. Sentiance is serious business. Big players are involved. Research and you will find. Sentiance will never deal with a listed company with the intention to give a lifeline for MCC holders so they get the chance to sell out. Actually I don't think a lot of people will sell out.
My guess is HGC will increase their stake in Sentiance. Just like MCC was planning to do. Time will tell.
potential top up will be when everyone who doesn't want to stick around cash's up. Get ready to buy those dips. Second will be when Sentiance do around raise at higher valuations which means we will see 2p along on that. If you look at the biggest shareholder in hash, you'll know there will be other news coming too.
yes, good for mcc (next month, more news about hash & mcc?)
hash up 21% currently
Hopefully.......then add the Sentience value. Exciting times.
now trading at 1.10. should see this at 2
I wonder what effect the value of Sentience (when realised) might have on these. I not sure the email suggesting I'd be happy with these outcomes has been validated so far!
