Because he believes in the company but would like tongave an intelligent conversation about the pros and cons would be my guess...
DOC I don't get you. You could've sold at 6.3p and walked away 20% better off.
Why are you still invested if you are not certain
MisterPositive: “Came across some ridiculous comments today. Cannot believe some people can be so dumb...
MG delaying LP till oil refinery is ready ?
And comment about people vote ?”
So that last point obviously aimed at me. But the fact is, the central government could have just bypassed the locals/local government already. It hasn’t. It has asked it to have another think. Why? Because it’s potentially a vote loser.
For me, while it might be 90% done that the central overrule the local government, it’s by no means certain.
IMO.
But of course, we’re not allowed to have an opinion on here if it’s remotely negative.
Also once Oil transport pipeline is up and running,
Cost / bbl should fall from $8/bbl to somewhere as low as $5/bbl in my view due to economies of scale.
Heron crude oil would then be re-directed to the New refinery via new Oil pipeline.
Heron-1 flow rate of 800 bopd exceeded management expectations due to excellent quality of oil and flowed naturally to surface.
Peak production estimated as 9000 bopd could also exceed expectations with may 10-12k bopd.
Will see once they ramp up production at Heron.
Master I know, but as I mentioned if the vote has taken place and passed then Buck should be telling us investors. His communication and I believe contempt for private investors is appalling.
Here is how events have been unfolding. Sorry for posting again .
Look at the activity it's only been active since March.
Before that nothing was being mentioned regarding PM..
Locals rejected PM LP on 09/ 22
Locals reviewed PM LP on 10/22
Locals reviewed PM LP again on 06/03/23
Mpram minister meets Nuret Ghani 07/03/23
Locals and Mpram field measuring 29/03 /23
Mpram minister and PHIL MALONE 30/03/23
PM Rns paperwork ready for signing 03/04/23
Mpram minister in Parliament 11/04/23
Phil Malone in Parliament 13/04/23
Local meeting for voting on land issue. 17/04/23
Paperwork uploaded for new blocks next to PMs blocks 11/04/23 and 17/04/23
This was the post by the woman activist after the 16th meeting

Doz that's what I was telling everyone. That the male activist mentioned PM were going going to be discussed at the meeting.
He is a friend with one of the representative.
The representative is anti PC and PM.
I can't see what other land issue they were going to vote on in thet meeting.
Plus if you look at the meeting that took about a month ago where they were reviewing the land issue which they voted against in 2022.
If you connect all the dots which I have you will realise it was to do with PM.

Ref the local vote, this was the first post from the one activist prior to the 16th meeting that recently took.place.

Came across some ridiculous comments today. Cannot believe some people can be so dumb...
MG delaying LP till oil refinery is ready ?
And comment about people vote ?
Answer is NO to both.
Half of the entire Mongol population just lives in Capital - Ulaanbaatar. Rest are spread across the country.
Heron Oil will be trucked to same Chinese refinery where Petrochina been trucking their Crude oil for the past 20 years from Block 19 and 21. Trucking costs are only US$8/bbl (from memory).
Oil transport pipeline should be ready around same time early 2025 when new Oil refinery is ready or even earlier.
Think time to read that Telegraph article again i posted earlier in April. Will post it shortly.
I have always said MB is a slacker. We need a guy who is active.
If anyone has watched "The Founder" they will realise folk with determination make the most money not the people with ideas.
Money is made by confident and persistent people not by take it easy it will happen when it happens
The MG are in uncharted territory. Overruling local government on what is clearly a very sensitive issue for said locals… I don’t think it’s as clear as the central government just overruling.
But I sincerely hope I am wrong and master et al are all right. Hell, I could do with a winner for a change!
Exactly Doz!
I've been thinking about this. Ive not seen any news about the outcome of the local vote and therefore don't accept WOSs view that the local LP decision has been considered, rejected but not reported.
I think it's still very much a live issue.
And it would be the best result if the locals have agreed. Politicians would be very happy.
What people need to understand is meetings have only starting taking place . In month of march and April.
Give it luttle time . Its mongolia
The locals might have already passed the LP, none of us know as Buck doesn't communicate with us investors. Imagine what the SP would be if he put out a RNS to state locals have passed the LP, just now waiting on Central Government.
Master82 - you seem to have taken a page out of iamrich’s foul mouthed vocabulary. You’re better than that scumbag of a chav, don’t lower your standards.
Regarding the Mongols, the people vote in the government. The government clearly want them on side, so is it so hard to believe this could drag on a long time yet if the government decide they’d rather the local people be ok with it and try to mediate?
Same as I'm reading it ID - if that's the case I am more p*ssed off with Buck. This is not a deramp. I am totally behind PM and believe it will come good, but his treatment of private investors is appalling and he could of managed this better to the benefit of investors but I tend to go with Sirbob's previous comments that I don't think he has been truthful in some of the info he has put out. I believe investors have lost money due to him. I also think he has mismanaged and misunderstood the local issues of the Dornod Province and the land problems in that area. Hence why we are where we are now. As said this is my own opinion. He needs to sort it now and pull his finger out.
ID - correct.
I’m in another stock (POW) and they churn out an RNS every week it feels.
So… unlimited RNS but cost £20k a year?
Or am I reading that wrong.
Dozzawba its free to register but cost about 20k a year Introduction

I read on a BB (so this is not necessarily fact!)
£5000 for an RNS.
Is this true - not a clue. But I wouldn’t be surprised.
Something that I have always wondered as is it the reason why Buck seems to be reluctant to post RNS's. Anybody know the cost to a company to post a RNS on the stock exchange. I have tried looking but cannot seem to find the cost anywhere.
IMO you wouldn't get this constant recurrence of sentiment with our SP if Buck posted a RNS more frequent. You cannot tell me that any news coming in, all comes in at once on the 4 fronts we are waiting news on - Heron, Velociraptor, New Licences and Renewables. This seems to create a constant theme. RNS, excitement, SP rises, sentiment rises, then slowly week by week no news, sentiment slips, FUD is ramped up, and SP drops again before the next RNS. Traders dream whereas IMO if Buck was to post more frequent RNS's I believe we would get a constant build up of the SP with an almighty boom when the most awaited RNS arrives. As said just my thoughts. So go back to my original question does anyone know the cost of posting a RNS ???
This nonsense abouy waiting for the refinery to open to grant the special land use. Do you think they will be happy to open it with 500bpd from Heron 1.
There is no reason they can count on Petro China's oil which is currently crossing the border.
They need oil for a refinery that has a 30k capacity it is just common sense for them to allow us to build out production up.
There is no evidence that the LP resubmission request to Matad soum has been rejected.
... might still be being twin tracked.
