What's the point in responding sensibly when he posts the same thing a million times over? Life's too short.
WOS keep posting this as a reminder of the potential of PM. Pathetic response from BP, but as per usual, but this one today is far more pathetic than his previous posts. No answer to your post.
I am glad you understand how GOOD the investment sounds. This is AGREED & OBVIOUS and back by official Company, Govt & Sector intel.
If you do not believe then do NOT invest.
Have good day :)
There's an old saying that goes "If it sounds too good to be true..."
Short term oil pricing / costs until Mongolian refinery built
"Mongolian produce oil process truck through China and sold to Chinese refineries benchmarked to globally traded crude which is about 5% discount to Brent"
"Trucking & operating costs are recoverable under the contract so you get those back" - 12 min 30 sec into video.
https://youtu.be/AzHbQpedtMI
I also give reference before where near field Block XX extension plan to be develop SAME TIME as Heron so maybe try to understand what this mean for production / revenue ;)
Full Update for Q3 operations will be VERY exciting for holders of stock I think ;)
Time to add more while it is quiet. Soon it would be crazy here. RNSs in a couple of days = double digit.
WOS post is amazing.
Get ready guys to fly.
Please be patient with reading. Hope will be useful for real investors :)
Header say ALL people really need to know & have consistency with OFFICIAL communication. Stop BB playerswho try to confuse or mislead ;)
- MATD HAVE NOW BEEN DERISKED FOR MAJOR COMCERN OF BLOCK XX LAND ACCESS.
- MATD HAVE NOW BEEN DERISKED FOR MAJOR COMCERN OF BLOCK XX LAND ACCESS.
Why do I need to say this twice? Think even 10 time not enough for some BB expert here lol.
Petro Matad have PROCURE & PAID for all equipment for Heron operational start in 2023.(I give reference before).
Cabinet have ordered all "FORMALITIES" to be completed for this. Understand Formality is Formality and when Cabinet ORDERS this is non negotiable so do not try to confuse.
Company have "CASH UNTIL AT LEAST JULY 2024" This was only 4 week ago they say this but some BB expert say "what if they mean this" what if they mean that". This is sanecexowrts who tell everyone they sold already to trade so maybe everyone understand where logic come from Lol.
If they say ONLY 4 week ago they have "CASH UNTIL AT LEAST JULY 2024" this is probably exactly what is case ;) (no set up Renewable JV / V1 & V2 like before but FOCUS on BLOCK XX development).
Do not believe do not buy SIMPLE ;)
DQE terms agree & last we hear need final signature from head office / MPRAM signature. This deal & term available for long time and now land access clear should be VERY RAPID imo
LOTS IF RNSs due in Q3 and will not even mention all again. Do research eaay to see.
Also I post yesterday report from Prime Minister Energy Meeting at Economic Forum where statement of Renewable Energy in Mongolia compare to Oil in Saudi Arabia & UAE. I post often on this and why I keep say I expect transformation iinto publicly listed multi facet Quasi National Energy Company with over £ Billion mkt cap. Believe or not no problem.
Even with potential "near term Renewable project revenue" to add to balance sheet focus is on RAPID FULL FIELD HERON DEVELOPMENT & EXCITING BEAR FIELD BLOCK XX DEVELOPMENT including potential 3 BILLION in Petro Matad extension into Toson Uul (Petro China have 2 Billion PROVEN & PRODUCING in their share ).
BUY or NOT but case for many MULTIPLE share price rise / shareholder value increase obvious - unless you believe all knowing BB traders LOL.
Be Happy & aware :)
Does anyone know how much PetroChina get paid for the oil they ship to China?
If I was the Chinese & I was PM's ONLY possible customer I wouldn't want to be buying their oil at the full world price. Mongolia is land-locked, they can't ship it anywhere else.
Here...i have copied and pasted for you:
Block XX
"The royalty in this PSC is 5% of gross production. The contractor share of profit oil is 60%
for production less that 25,000 bbl/day. The bonuses are modest with US$0.5 million on
first oil and annual bonuses (training, support and development) of a modest US$65,000
per annum.
Through being a low cost onshore development, shareholders are relatively well protected
against any weakening of oil prices. The fiscal regime allows the oil companies to benefit
from any increase in prices. For example, at a US$50/bbl Brent price, Petro Matad sees an
overall contractor take of 45%. This rises to a 50% take at a US$60/bbl price. This gives
exceptional gearing to the oil price."
Brent price been hovering close to $80/bbl.
Our Profit share would be close to 60%.
//Velociraptor has an 8% royalty, with 55% to DQE reducing to 50% once in profit. Ouch.//
Doc83
What do you nean Ouch ???
Contractor is MATD not DQE...you fool.
You keep going off on totally wrong tangent and keep putting DQE as contractor. Learn to read PSC terminology.
DQE is just drill operator.
Similarly in Block XX (Heron)
Contractor share (MATD) is 60% from profit oil.
We do not shut producing oil wells.
Oil production continues all year round.
Sir Bob
Production continues 365 days a year.
Not worried at all. We’re just having a pleasant discussion on something that will hopefully be very relevant to us. That’s what the BB is for.
Why are people worried about the cost of oil production. PM will be making plenty of cash.
Even if PM has 4 wells at 500bpd and profit of £30a barrel, PM will still make more than £20mill
Lets get that important start date
Maybe better to have some trust in mr Buck to make deal with DQE base on low cost drills / part deferred / some offtake component for fast track full field development of Heron & Block XX extension into Proven & Producing multi billion bbl Toson Uul basin.
He know metry s better then any BB poster guesses & think DQE will be gamechanger for company development / shareholder value.
Also have RENAV figure calculated & have give reference for transport costs to China refinery refund.
Now major derysk happen with Land Acces permission & operational start for production this year maybe people should not lose wood for tree saying ;)
Be Happy now all coming together FAST & hood night sir :)
But WOS, do you know what % of the barrel value we get once all costs, royalties etc are taken away?
With all cost factor integration we have RENAV of 26.7p/share ;)
Before we even mention profit we need production and there’s still some points to clarify.
Formalities of licence how long will they take.
I assume (correct me if wrong) we also will only produce until Winter kicks in, so if formalities take a while will it be worthwhile starting to produce this year.
The reality no matter what rampers or derampers say, is it could go either way….with production we may finally see 12p plus talked on here for so long, production next year and it’ll be 3p area…..
Hopefully a quick update from MB will dictate which direction we take……a petrochina buy out is my preferred option ! Lol
Ultimately LP bought no respite……it’s high risk, although a bit less than before LP.
"Trucking & operating costs are recoverable under the contract so you get those back" - 12 min 30 sec into video.
https://youtu.be/AzHbQpedtMI
Hope this help ;)
Progressive say $10 per barrel trucking costs to China for refining.
5% royalty.
60% contractor cost for profit oil.
It won’t let me copy and paste but here’s the link:

I’m on it WOS!
Velociraptor has an 8% royalty, with 55% to DQE reducing to 50% once in profit. Ouch.
I’ll have to find out what Heron’s terms are, but throw in transportation and whatever other costs there will undoubtedly be, and it’s comfortably less than half?
Anyway, would just be nice to finally extract oil, at any cost!!!
Development costs across Block XX not just Heron
Mr Doc
Better get out research notes to check ;)
Very interesting comments from Mr E Orchlon from URECRA at Mongolian Economic Forum session "New Energy Sources - Sun, Wind and Hydrogen".
"Our country can become a big player in the energy transition like the next Saudi Arabia or the United Arab Emirates".
Have say plenty time here watch this space with Mongol Renewable Energy potential one of biggest globally and Petro Matad well position in this sector.
This as well as production from Heron, strong cash position & exciting near field develooment of Block XX.
Multiple RNSs coming for holders
MisterP - the recovery cost, is that our costs we’ve spent on heron this far? If so, that is fractional of the overall revenue we’ll get from it. And even by Condorman’s calculations with the recovery cost included, it’s not much more than half.
I’ll have to dig out the old RNSs and research notes, but I thought I’d read that DQE get something like 45% of a barrel of oil. I knew that the MG weren’t too bad with their cut.
It’s fair to assume that we’ll get less than the best terms, given we’re a newbie with no negotiating clout as such.
