I hope the next RNS wont contain the same old texts such as “the company continues to push hard”, “it is extremely frustrating” etc. If it does, really the next move should be:
For MB, to pursue the international arbitration, demanding compensation equal or above 90p for each shares.
For the UK ambassador, to pursue international sanctions for those individuals who have been holding this up for so many years. The sanctions should include, but not limited to, visa restrictions and seizure of offshore assets of those corrupt politicians.
They will only be shocked by these kind of bold measures otherwise everyday will be an April Fools day for the PM shareholders, forever.
Activists Strom governors office. PC at the centre of attention, no mention of PM. Very good news for PM as the activists have gone silent regarding PM since they realised $200k was paid as compensation to herders.
Yes that is very good sign, Master. And the governor said that the Magnai trade compensation request of 2.5 billion mnt will be charged to the individual who made the illegal decision. He will personally pay the charge out of his pocket. He must be afraid now to make such stupid decision again for sure. Fingers crossed and GLTAH
Trouble is that governor is a communist judging by his previous roles - he was never going to be sympathetic to greedy western capitalists trying to make money in Mongolia. Hopefully though he has now had his wings clipped.
LondonSuede - do you mean that it's this governor who will have to pay compensation ?
Investor, yes he mentioned that. it will be charged to his pocket, not to the Dorno state budget according to the court decision.
LondonSuede ; Thanks for that - I would say that this is significant news. There's no way that he will illegally risk blocking anything from now on, one would think. Hopefully that's him sorted.
She’s a bit highly strung. I know exactly what she needs!
But in all seriousness, it does seem pretty lame and the activists wouldn’t appear to be something to worry about anymore. It’s this governor… is he going to play ball or continue to be awkward?
I've watched the video. Thanks for posting Master. A significant number of comments are calling into question all the shouting and other aggressive behaviours, e.g. they are seen clearly shouting at ordinary citizens, so hopefully their tactics are starting to be questioned by some.
I wonder what the governor said? Hopefully he put forward reasoned argument to their narrative, which the activists have then broadcast. Ok the activists aren't ever going to change their views, but their audience might.
We should have obtained this crews service a few years ago bet we would be pumping oil by now
GLA was hoping for an update today
The activists have forced the governor to do live and have got media involved.only PC is mentioned.

She's just started talking about PM company. A
On the comments there is a reference to petro matad I tried to copy and paste here but it came out in Mongolian
So who's the guy in the blue shirt sitting at his desk getting a mouthful ? Anyone significant ? and what's his role ?
The comment regarding PM is "when you want to join Magnai trade, the hands and legs of the hujaas (pejorative word for the Chinese) that was closed by the government, Petro mtad kicked out the English Company. Get out of here you hoes"
I can't help wonder why the governor is giving so much air space to the activists? Now he is going live broadcast after they stormed his office instead of drawing a line under it.
Call me suspicious but I've long wondered if he gives them money to go and agitate, so that it becomes a media story, creates a bit of noise with the young ones, which means he can then have an excuse to delay matters.
A friend of mine helped. he said: "The protester guy did say "any non chinese company and national company welcome and drill oil here". the comment: this stupid governer kicked out a national compny mgnai tade as well as an english one petro matard. F u traitor governor""
There has been comments on protestor FB posts of Petro Matad as Mongolian company and part of Petrovis - maybe this is what they mean when it almost sound like support for Petro Matad! 🤔
Parliament approve national treasure fund. It's mainly to do with mining wealth to be distributed to Mongolian public.

Protestor a really have fair pointto bring this up but like Governor point out to them - Petro China already have stop fracking that cause water pollution.
Petro Matad have been working with MRPAM / MMHI to set out highest level industry work practice.
Look very positive actually & look.like sides coming together on issues.
