Not to worry, you got 5 likes back, doc .. and there’s no way you have six different logins here .. three tops ..so only two of the five from yourself .. so it’s not that you have no friends here, in fairness
Whilst obviously the Governor would never be a party to bribery, sometimes his actions appear to be similar to a man who has not yet received all he expects to receive.
I am sure there is a more than solid reason for his delaying tactics of which small shareholders are not aware. As Governor he is obviously taking the utmost care to look after his area of responsibility for the benefit of the population
14 likes for this berk?! Come on guys, have a word with yourselves.
This dornod guvnor is a bit like doc83, no matter what he will try his best to spoil the party
Too much noise from activists today/recently mentioning MATD specificly means we should get the final good news soon.
Bear in mind activists aren't the ones who run the country. The so called activists are there to make money themselves, that is their job, just to be against regardless. I can assure you if tomorrow MG decided to be against oil, activists would be pro oil, just to be against anything anyway. The so called activists were running big cars themselves and recently asking for help to get free petrol!
Aeschylus - that is definitely my concern! This governor has done everything he can to stop us from progressing. I don’t think he’ll roll over and give up just yet.

Criticising spelling & punctuation is usually a sign of having lost the argument!
Pro ; if you don't know the difference yet between ' were ' and ' where ' then I'm unlikely to ever bother listening to what you say about stock market investment or trading. You can't even put the cap lock on and off without frequent errors when you write.
Pro - you are as much a professional trader as I am a professional flower arranger.
Pro ; according to a chart I have just looked at, peak half hour volume on Friday was 4.8m, whereas today the peak volume which was at around 8.30am was 1.42m, with most of the half hour volume today being around the 0.15m mark.
Don't you know that when the volume is very low the share price is taken lower by the MMs ?
Doc. Possibly because they expect the governor to try and stymie things. I'm not sure what exactly. Maybe stir up the activists? or try and find a loophole in their mad laws? Judicial review? Who knows! but I think that's what the company is alluding to with its caution.
Pro ; to say that you are a trader you don't seem to know much about volume ( or activity )
In Matad, we once exposed the boss who misused his power by holding the stamp on the 19th and 20th oil fields.
What do people make of this. Does it mean block 19and 20 merging as it was not developed like block 21
Maybe it's the wording of the RNS and the Progressive note. If it's all guaranteed, why the need to wear out the h, o, p, e keys on the keyboard?
"Although an agreement has been reached with the local authorities and Petro Matad is hopeful that its planned operational activities can commence, in the longer term the company still requires State Special Purpose Certification of the Exploitation Area..."
"Although this is an issue for some of the licence, the areas where Petro Matad wants to work in 2024 are not in within this overlapped area, and management hopes that this dispute will not affect the proposed works at Heron."
If I thought WOS was wrong on this I'd be one of the first to say so.
Pro ; so go ahead and quote from the Progressive document exactly where it says that a delay in the SPC will hold up PM from going ahead with operations.
It's obvious to anyone with common sense who has read the 22/09/22 RNS, in conjunction with the last RNS that all that is now needed is the signing of the land use agreement - which is currently being prepared by the District authorities.
Ha! Beat me to it WOS 😄
Did you give the analyst our IP addresses?
Mr profession - do you have his IP address because we know how honest you are? 😏🦉
6 posts from the activists in 1 day. What is that telling us. PM has probably got the green signal..
I don't think land access permit is time limited to one year.
Wos - I agree totally. I don't know why some are still saying that the SPC is necessary. It was always the plan B option when PM was being frustrated at the local level, as the wording of that 22nd Sept 2022 proves.
Well its crystal clear to me. The delay is sspc will not affect Heron operations for 2024.
Aeschylus - you're welcome.
Doc83 - the Progressive Research document dated 04/03/24 merely says that ' the company still faces a delay with the SPC. ' This is true enough, however the report also states ;
' PM has announced that its application for land access for 2024 operations has been approved by the Matad District Committee. This means that a land use agreement can be prepared, which, once signed, will allow operations to proceed, including the completion of the Heron-1 discovery well as an oil production well. This will allow Petro Matad to start generating cash flow that can be used to grow the business and add shareholder value. "
It doesn't state anywhere that the SPC delay will stop them from going ahead.
