Love Hemp Group PLC
("Love Hemp" or the "Company")
Love Hemp Receives Initial Amazon Order
Love Hemp Group PLC (AQSE: LIFE) (OTCQB: WRHLF), one of the UK's leading CBD and hemp product suppliers, is pleased to announce that it has received its initial order from Amazon.
Love Hemp was invited by Amazon to join its limited range of CBD products listed on amazon.co.uk. Following a rigorous compliance process, a number of Love Hemp SKUs have been ordered by Amazon and will be available to purchase on amazon.co.uk shortly. The Company expects this available product range to increase as the authorisation process continues.
As an Amazon Vendor, Love Hemp will also have its own dedicated virtual store through which Amazon and the Company will conduct marketing activities to drive awareness and visibility of Love Hemp products. Operating on the Amazon Vendor platform, Amazon will place orders with Love Hemp in order to fulfil consumer orders from Amazon's central depot. These orders will be shipped across the UK and into Europe.
Tony Calamita, Chief Executive Officer of Love Hemp Group commented: "Securing an invitation, and fulfilling the compliance required, to list our products on Amazon is a significant achievement for Love Hemp. It is further validation of our brand strength and product quality as well as the rapidly changing sentiment of retail giants to offer premium CBD products to their consumers.
Our presence on amazon.co.uk opens a new major online sales channel for Love Hemp. We look forward to building on this initial order and the successful opening of the Love Hemp virtual store."

Thanks for the link, did not see it as an RNS - Very good news!
All the best
Great news. And for me the biggest plus is not the tangible benefit of additional sales, obviously this is a bonus.
Its the marketing and normalizing of the CBD industry. Amazon is bread and butter, every day stuff in the UK now. We nearly all rely on it for a hell of alot of our products, its trusted and ever present. The subconcious marketing benefits of this powerful association is another small chip away in the acceptance of CBD in UK culture by ALL consumers.
If the UK is to ever become a full fledged CBD consuming nation, its these steps that make a difference, not Anthony Joshua or any other sports person. Those marketing moves reinforce existing segments and capture customers within an existing customer base.
The high street presence is in the stores they have now had a long time presence is similar, Boots (basically a British institution!), H&B (nationwide on all the high streets).
Basically i'm saying the marketing moves here are very good, slow building, persistent and effective. But, you cant make a snowball if you arent prepared to push, and keep pushing. Love Hemp seem to know this and are keeping the pressure on many avenues to ensure exposure, sales and acceptance needles are all moving.
Also, welcome to Manchester!

All good stuff
" Following a rigorous compliance process"
....good to hear...hopefully keeps out the fakes and ensures the serious players are given preference
Excellent news and another step in the right direction. Unfortunately I am long from 3.8p so may have to wait for the main listing to see this bag, but lots of potential
